This house is somewhat conservative compared to your other showings. But it’s a great house. Love the spacious kitchen and cabinetry! Large enough dining room for 8 to 10 seat table without over-crowding!! Soaking tub inside shower?? 🤔Not sure on that. Don’t know why I am not a fan of brass fixtures. Nice size bedrooms. Plus!!!! Now this Home is one that can be on my top list of Favorite Homes, wasnt a fan of having the Bathtub in with the Shower, so i would keep it on the outside - definitely Separate from the Shower. The home gives a Cozy feel. But for me the best part of this Model home was the Covered backyard, I Really LOVED IT!!.. So Spacious and seems like a very tranquil space and so Relaxing, even without company, i would be fine chilling & relaxing all by my lonesome taking in the view 😊 Thanks for Showcasing !!

I’m late to the comments, but very beautiful house!!! Where’s the pantry though 🤔? Probably it was good that I didn’t see it because 99% of pantries in that price range disappoint me greatly. Love the simple color palette and staging is done well. No soft close cabinets in this price point is absurd!!! Love the proper mixing of metals (brass, black, and even copper ) Copper is really underrated!!!! The primary is very spacious and love that it’s off to itself basically. Now the tub in shower is for 1. A safety hazard in my eyes 2. A waste of precious space 3. Impractical imo. The stove in the kitchen is giving claustrophobic vibes to me. The back yard and cover patio is A+. Love the game and media rooms. I grade this home a 9/10.
It’s all good, better late than never!! I know how you feel about the soft closing cabinets/drawers, so that’s a solid point! Also, never really thought about it being a safety issue so that’s a very interesting point 🤔 We’ll take that 9/10 though & I appreciate the great feedback 👏🏼
I was going to say the only thing I'd change is adding a pantry, but I see on the floorplan there is one. You didn't go in. I love a hidden pantry!

Great job showcasing this house. It’s a stunning house🥰. I thought the only thing was missing for me was a walk-in pantry, however, I think the builder camouflage it by making it look like one of the cabinetry. Based on the home plan, it would have been on the right hand side of the stove top. Also, I think you missed the study upfront unless I didn’t see it. This house in California in Orange County will be about $4 or more. 😀Lol. I loved it.

Yes it did, it was hidden in the kitchen. Looked like a hidden refrigerator. I attached the floor plan at the end for reference 👍🏼
I like this home. I like the layout & how things are separate like the secondary bdrms & the entertainment spaces. The tub in the shower isn’t for me. Overall great house. 👍🏽😊

Why are the wide windows in the bathroom not lined up at 7:10?? So weird that they are at different heights! Architecturally would look very strange from the outside

I’d give this home a 7 out of 10. The rooms on the left side of the house are too mazey for me. Not crazy about having the closet inside the bathroom for all of the secondary bedrooms. Why is there not a dedicated formal office/study? Could have used one of the rooms on the left side of the house for it. I prefer a separate shower and tub. I can see people feeling claustrophobic in a tub surrounded with glass

This is about 1-2 minutes away from Lake Conroe, in a community called Bentwood Farms. The price would be around $1.5M or so for this exact model but there are homes ready now for as low as $999,950. This is the model home to showcase their product and their office location currently.
