Back on the Spey, 30th June 2024

I went back up onto the Spey, and found it really hard going on the fly. In 5 hours of fly fishing, I had 3 fish (only 1 on camera)
I switched to the lure rod and landed 2 fish and lost 1 in just over an hour.
There's clearly times when switching methods just makes sense!
