Option marked in book is "due to their large size" but I don't think so it's correct .same sizes would be correct but is large sizes right ir wrong .

Ans.is group 2 but we have read that first electron affinity is always negative .so why it is positive for group 2.
Q.5 highest melting point among following is of .
A Nitrogen
B.oxygen
C.fluorine
D.neon.
Group 6 have higher melting points than group 5 so oxygen must be the answer but in key nitrogen is marked.
