Hey coach issac I am going to be a sophomore next season and am slated for varsity what can I do to start on varsity because I am a undersized db that needs to put on some weight and improve this offseason what can I do in the offseason???
as a DE, is it the outside shoulder i should be aiming for, and should i be more worried about getting around him or him trying to get his hands off me, because last season my biggest issue was trying to figure out how to get past the offensive linemen and how to get his hands off me

If you have space you can easily setup up and make a man miss to your gap , but if you need to work hands then be able to do btoh
