Sir, Karna introduced himself as brahmin(not Ksthariya) to bhagwan parshuram. hope you'll correct this.
Parashurama once was taking rest on the lap of Karna . At that time, a scorpion started biting the thigh of Karna, he did not try to shoo it away because it would disturb the sleep of his teacher.
After some time, Parashurama saw blood bleeding and then got to know that Karna was sustaining the pain . Seeing this resistance, Parashurama understood that he is not a Brahmana but a Kshtriya.
Parashurama did not curse him for not being Brahmana, but for telling lies .
Not Brahmin how can kshatriya resist so much of pain even kshatriya are less resistive than Brahmin use your brain

गुरूजी पूरे आदर के साथ में आपको याद दिलाना चाहता हूं की सूत, ब्राह्मण - क्षत्रिय की संतान को कहा जाता था। साथ ही पूरी महाभारत सुनाने वाले सूत जी श्री शौनक की थे। अतः सूत जाति नीची नही मानी जाती थी। परंतु जातिसूचक शब्दों से पुकारना कोई अपमान नही माना जाता था। राजा के बेटे को राजपुत्र कहां जाता था, ब्राह्मण पुत्र को ब्राह्मण कुमार, शिल्पी के पुत्र को शिल्पी पुत्र कहते थे इसमें अपमान कहां से हो गया। वास्तविकता यह थी की कर्ण को ही अपनी जाति से घृणा थी अन्यथा वह पूरे गर्व से स्वयं को सूत पुत्र कहता ।
