    The ros pantry bag in a bit small for groceries...if you ride at night or dark grey days, blinkers for the sides not just rear is a must...
    The MIK system for bags and baskets is what i use...

    I have owned those saddle and cantle bags on the same rack for almost 4 years. I never had it slip, shift or dump in many miles of off road riding in the Wyoming high country. The shock absorbing seat post and C9 series seat are a life saver on the rocky trails I normally ride. A roll up 25-50 watt solar panel, usb battery packs, electric battery pump, a jar of Slime is another plus to have. If only ride in the city roads, city parks, developed trails or state parks… maybe not so much. But I have been 100 plus miles back in the remote wilderness on my non electric bike and used everything on your video and then some… cooking, sleeping and lightweight tents are an entirely different video… but it is good to be one with the planet

    Excellent Video! 10 mos now and I did it trial and error... My T42 frame is like your XP2.0... I got a C9 seat and a Suntour NCX seatpost (with shim). Rockbros bag w/paniers, and Rear view mirror, Had me going! I added a helmet after being knocked out for 15 minutes after a bad wreck...

    Was given an XP 1.0 and just got an XP3.0 for the wife. Getting them both set up and just ordered the panniers. Great price. For what I will be using them for, should work great.

    We just bought 2 xp 3.0's that came with a portable electric air pump.
    It charges via usb and can be used as an usb charger. It includes a flashlight and emergency light.
    You set the desired air pressure, connect it to the tire (or other item as it includes a bag of various connectors). Hit start and in seconds it will go from 0 to 30 psi (what i chose for tire pressure).
    As my wife and I both have a bike that included the pump we have a spare.
    If you are solo it may be good to have a manual pump as a backup.

      Sage advice. I've ridden one of my 2 ebikes 9 months a year, at least. It's my only transportation right now. Rack and saddlebags amd rear rack. With a backpack too I do my shopping 0 pollution penny a mile to ride. Ha ha, i dont need gas anymore! Respect those of us on the road, while others burn gas. Theyll be millions of us someday, sticking together. I can't wait.

      @@Mark-qv4bn I did the math. I can go ten miles for 2.6 cents. People don’t laugh after I tell them the savings cost. Even my insurance is one month’s car insurance rate. Plus I love riding so it’s a win/win.

    No! go with camera mount on back and video rear view screen mounted up front for great wide angle view of what's behind you. I got the Antook Bike mirror camera $80. MUCH better than a side mount mirrow that requires constant adjusting

    Hi guys. I ordered several of the items you featured...tubes, seat and seat post. I'm pretty happy with the seat and tubes. But the seat post isn't correct for these ebikes. I have the XP 3.0 and my wife has the step through white. The original seat posts are 31.8mm diameter. The Zoom post is 31.6mm. Consequently, the Zoom is too small to fit - as you discovered in your video. After riding is around with some masking tape wrapped around the shaft, it still moved into the receiver. Also, the length of the post is just too short. The white ebike has a shorter frame than the XP 3.0. Since it's shorter, the maximum height of the seat with the Zoom post is too low. I'm sending the post back and reverting to the original posts. But the seat is a winner and we're good with the new cushy seats.

    How would you mount a quick release basket on the rear of the bike

    • @Jimmy2Tech
      @Jimmy2Tech  2 года назад +1

      With the saddle bags we have on ours, by punching out the fabric so the mounts are exposed, a basket can rest on top, then you can get creative and think of ways to latch it down. I know when we were discussing we were thinking about quick release latches that would climb to the mounting hardware and keep the basket in place. Then when you were ready to take it off it would just be a quick release. There is not set way to do it yet so you'll have to get creative. If we figure out a way we'll be sure to share :)

    I’m sure a hundred viewers commented on the seat post braze ons. I’m going to be a hundred and one. They are meant for a bike lock mount. However, the cable or folding locks that mount like that, in my opinion, are next to useless. A thug with a pair of bolt cutters, can have your bike gone in ten seconds. And it’s an inconvenient spot for a bottle holder. As for a lock, I bought a heavy duty Kryptonite chain lock that’s at least 14mm thick. Nobody is stealing my bike.

    • @Jimmy2Tech
      @Jimmy2Tech  3 года назад
