WHO IS THE FAIREST AMONG THEM ALL??

  • The question isn’t whether or not you have a favourite child, since it's clear that many parents do. Favouritism has little to do with loving one child more, it is more about how your personality resonates with one child's personality more than the other's. Essentially, it's a question of like.
So #BumpLovers, do you believe a mother can love all her children the same? And we know this is tough - but which of your children do you like the most?

oh, I love my 4 children so deeply, but I have a deeper and softer spot for my son who miraculously survived open heart surgery... he depicts God's immense love for me. I saw my heavenly boy go through the pains of heart defects and coma...glory be to God! But I love all 4 of them equally, they melt my heart. Thank you ladies, you're so good.

The title is misleading. Sounds like a Snow White situation and like it is dealing with beauty.
Also, the energy was a bit low in the video. Atleast at the start.
Regardless, it was a worthy conversation to listen in to. Manuela, you make excellent points.

I've been struggling to make people understand that I love my sons the same though one is like me ,I think you people have given me proper explanations.

I'm one girl among 4 brothers.
It was public knowledge growing up that I was my Dad's favourite. I was also the good kid, so I guess that played into why he was easy with me. Now I'm married and away from my family but agree with my brothers that our last born is spoilt and loved. He gets away with so much.
I'm one of those who believe parents usually have a favourite! The good sensible parents try not to show it but I believe it's there.

I come from a family of 3 and am the only boy ....but I never felt like I was any of my parent's favorite even when I was the only boy and I didn't mind it LoL .......So I personally think being a singular (only sex) among the many doesn't necessarily make one a parent's favorite. It has to do with the "reflection in the mirror" syndrome ( a parent has to see something special, unique, tranquil in a child) for that child to be their favorite irrespective of gender (sex)

In my family we reminded 3 kids after 2 passing. But like you guys said moms love their children differently depending on the child's charater .though at this point i think am so close to my mom...being the last born and thr only girl..the boys have wives and kids. So their connection isnt stronger like mine

How about the balance of the love of your children and your first 'very big child"? That's the one, that's always a trick, fathers always seem to think you replace all the love from them to the children.

I have to two daughters one is 3 and the other two I love then both dearly tho my sisters insist I favour the 3 year old more which I think I don't like Manuela said I love then different beacuse they are two dfft personalities...the 3 year old is abit reserved very particular with what she wants who she relates with..abit antisocial until she's cormfatable with you then she's free with you more or less like me and I get that so wen we are in public she's clings to me and I also look out for her because I knw shes uncomfortable
....the two year old on the other hand extremely social very bubbly easy go lucky like a stranger can easily take her she easily mingles with people am not worried leaving her with relatives she gets along and joins in the party Asap 😉hence

But not wives Angie! That love of Muslim men towards their wives is never equal. Ever. A mother’s love for her children is uncomparable.
