    Who I AM:
Hey, fam! I’m Anthony. I’m fired up about meeting you where you are in a real, relevant, and relatable way. Here on this RUclips channel, we’ll be having honest conversations about finding our authentic selves by living life based on spiritual, financial, and mental freedom. At the age of 19-homeless and deep in debt-I turned my life around by becoming debt-free, and I decided to spend the rest of my life helping people avoid the same money mistakes I made. Today, by the grace of God, that’s what I’m doing every day with AO Enterprise. You can rock with me on Instagram @AnthonyONeal or online at anthonyoneal.com.

I love the perspective that AO brings to the 9-5ers!!! It’s refreshing. Everyone can’t and maybe don’t want to leave their 9-5, because they enjoy their 9-5. Finally. 9-5ers can blossom and explore other avenues of income and still continue with their 9-5 position. ☺️

One thing that I think AO is missing on the productivity side is that there are a lot of distractions at work as well. Noise, coworkers swinging by, more questions and commute time that is mentally exhausting are some things I've had happen to me. Working from home has definitely made me more productive if proper boundaries are set with the family.

I work from home 99% of the time but on the rare occasion I do step into work I go on Friday. Less traffic and less eager coworkers. I''m really popular at work, which is odd because I'm more introverted and when they find out I'm there they come to my office with their pizza and lunches all ready to chat. They are lovely people but I got work to do. This is for all the people who are introverts but for some odd reason people flock to you in the work place.

I work 9 to 5 because I need steady income where my side hustle brings in almost same as w2 but is not consistent. The side hustle provides tax deductions to offset w2 taxes. Headed towards debt freedom. House is few months from being paid off. I have friends that are barely afloat that think me working all the time is crazy. It is just a different way of thinking. Can't remember where I heard it but a single source of income is a threat to your wealth.

Great interview. I'm happy Stephen spoke about having a career and a side business at the same time. The "9-5" is usually said by people who hate their jobs. I was one of them. I love what I do now, so it's not a "9-5" instead it's my career. And there are many career driven people who have a side business that is an extension of their careers. I see it all the time. 😁

Great show, I like the way he thinks. "Nothing wrong with getting rich slow, while you try to get rich quick". This is going on my wall.

Your wife will fit into the plan and you won’t have to lose yourself and she will compliment you. It’s good to find someone with common interests and a heart for the Lord.

15:11 - I love that this topic came up. I believe there is wisdom in knowing as an employer, business owner... that your employees, freelance and contract workers will NEVER be as passionate about your business as the business owner. God gave the business owner the dream... not the employees. The employees, contract workers are there as a gift to the business owner to help bring their vision to life for a SEASON. Sure set deadlines, and expectations... but do it knowing that the employees were not given the dream for the business. They will never be as passionate about your project as you are, thus you should never EXPECT them to be. Seek understanding and show gratitude.... it is not Your team... it's the Lord's team that He put in place for a season to help you bring about the vision that God gave you.
