Well. We're finally here. The episode we've all been waiting for. Was it worth the wait? What did you guys think?
OMG It's happening! Everybody stay calm! (I've been waiting months for this
Still "mid"? What's the consensus?
I think people overhyped this episode a little in the comment sections of other episodes.
Where is the boondocks upload?
I think y'all probably cringed so hard you ruptured a sphincter
Them coming into this episode thinking people hype it up because of humor reasons and not because its the most painfully awkward thing tv has ever aired.
The only two TV episodes I always skip are Scott's Tots, and Jurassic Bark from Futurama (too sad).
That’s why I hate it when people place expectations on reactions. I’m glad this episode is over so I don’t keep seeing dumb comments saying “can’t wait for Scott’s tots”
@thepimp- well that just means you arent a fan of the show. This is by far the most awkward scene in the entire series. Theres a reason 99.9% of ppl that watched the show cant wait to see ppl react to it. Its common sense bud.
@bradkirchhoff5703 that's stupid. I'm a fan and I feel the same way. People are allowed to have opinions.
@@bradkirchhoff5703 stop judging other people’s fandom based on your own bullsh*t criteria.
Stanley laughing uncontrollably about Scott's Tots is, hands down, the best part of this episode
I think it's funnier that he kept the newspaper for a decade so he could point to it when the time came
It really prepares you for what's to come when Stanley is the one to react like that
It is funny that Dwight thought the man that never fired Michael for his shenanigans would fire Jim for this. 😂
David Wallace the world's greatest man of patience.
All honesty I think David Wallace respects Mike's loyalty and results. Yeah it's frustrating to have to deal with him but he's a legendary salesman and his branch always outperforms the rest of the company and we've seen at least one other manager use his pending promotion for negotiating a position with a different company which Mike would never do so It's like a cost-benefit thing: yeah you get rid of the well-intentioned socially awkward guy that causes constant headaches but is it worth losing all the money he brings in to the company and replace him with someone who will probably try to cut a deal with your competition behind your back
@@emanuelmartinez7267 ngl it's kinda 'weird' to read "Mike." Everyone just says Michael lol
@@loganbigmo can't help it lmao I've known like 4 Micheals personally including my uncle and they all prefer "Mike" so it's out of habit. I see Michael and my brain just thinks "Mike" lol
"What is it about this that people like so much?"
Sir I am afraid you have DEEPLY misunderstood the vibe 😂
Yeah, I don't like it all that much.
I read this comment just as he said it, it was like sudden subtitles
I rewatch The Office constantly and skip this episode EVERY TIME 😂
It’s the complete opposite of Dinner Party
"which is rendered useless without a battery.." *couch swallows everyone*
I love how they thought “oh wait Michael did do something nice he got them computers” just for it to be batteries
Hold on! They're Lithium!
Stanley's uncontrollable giggling is like a soft pillow for the bed of nails that is this episode.
11:20 Marketa's slight smile before devolving into pure aghast is amazing, 10/10 reaction
Haven’t even gotten to that point yet but I plan to do one watch just looking at Marketa 😂 Poor girl. Edit: they are all delivering this episode.
@@notoriouslybrattyHer reactions are gold this whole episode
“You have to sell your house!” Lmaoooo
I’m stuck on Spidey 😂
This episode haunts every fan of The Office and now it haunts you. It’s basically a rite of passage.
Not every fan... Jesus y'all have really got to calm down with the Tots talk.
@@chaoticignorant483wow bro you're different
@@chaoticignorant483nah, almost everyone I know skips this episode. They aren't downplaying anything.
@@CrowTRobot"almost everyone I know" Unless you personally know half or more of all offices fans, then this is entirely meaningless lol. Your surrounding doesnt represent everyone. Also some of you are definitely being overdramatic lmao its just a tv show chill
Black people cant stop taking Ls
lmfao i love how yall put the companies andy mentioned closing or getting sued got me mf dead
The editor deserves a raise for that alone. 😂 So good.
Michael pulling out those battery’s after leading up for actual laptops-KILLS MEEEE.
Chris reaction to this episode was everything I expected from him and more.
i have made some empty promises in my life...but...hands down that was the most generous.
3:51 The editor is trifling for this. Well done!😂
“Hold on hold on hold on….their lithium” make this whole episode worth it
They missed it 😂
they're
I am living for Suraj laughing at the "batteries" reveal. A+
His laugh is the best 😆
If Michael sold his condo and his company car which isn't really his, he wouldn't be close to paying college tuition for 15 or so kids😂😂😂
Doubt that he would be able to pay for even community college for that many.
@@christopherb501and that was back then, he’d have to sell body parts atp
14:55 Here's the other important thing about Scott's Tot: the blossoming of Michael and Erin's friendship
Stanley's laugh at the beginning gets me on every rewatch.
There's 'before Scott's tots' and theres 'after Scott's tots'. No one comes out undamaged.
Michael was wayyyy too confident in himself 😂😂😂 Stanley laughing and Erin singing "hey Mr Scott what you gonna do, what you gonna do make our dreams come true" 😂😂😂
Michael always like that. Once he gets a little bit of praise he can't control himself. Just like when he said he was going to do a 45 day plan to get the company back on track. He had no idea what to do but he said he did so he can get that praise.
Finally we have achieved peak cringe. I have been waiting for this a long time.
This and Dinner Party are the cringiest imo, i love it
The Normies: "this episode will be mid"
*5 minutes later*
Suraj is jumping out of his own skin, Pat's head is buried in his hands, and Chris is trying to swallow his hat
Pat coughing almost died 😂
Oh my God we're finally here 😬😬😬😂😂😂 Hope we didn't overhype it too much.
update: ok we didn't overhype it, that was glorious. 😂😂 Marketa, I kept hoping he would sell his house to give them the money too but I doubt his house is even worth that much. This episode is equal parts hilarious, supremely cringey and just so sad. I still can't sit through it because my bones hurt from cringing but loved your reactions which was perfect.
I audibly gasped when I read the title of this video and remembered what episode this was. It's gotta the hardest to watch episode of the show
The laptop fakeout is truly hilarious.
My God, it’s finally happening
EVERYBODY STAY CALM
Stay f***ing CALM !!
Me when i get this video notification: Oh my God it's happening! Everybody stay calm! Stay f'n calm!
We made it fam.
"They're lithium..."
I completely forgot it was Tuesday, but this is a pleasant surprise haha😂
Every time I start thinking that another episode of the Office is cringier than this one, I always remember why it’s the worst when I rewatch it. The sheer level of suspense and dread that is built up to the moment is what makes it far worse than any other cringe moment in the show.
Stan: 😂😂🤣😭😂 Has it really been 10 years? 😂😂😂😭🤣😂😭
Lmao they think we’re hyping it cuz it’s good I can’t wait that’s hilarious.
Regardless of the hype over the episode, that reaction from everyone when he pulled out those batteries was exactly what i was hoping for.
THIS EPISODE GIVES ME SO MUCH ANXIETY 😂😂😂
SAME. It's the only Office episode I've only watched once .
This episode is without a doubt THE hardest one to watch in the entire series. It's actually physically painful to see it. Scott's Tots should come with a viewer warning lol.
The laptop battery part always gets me
God I love this episode. I was losing it at the reaction to the laptop batteries 😂. Pam's 'Yup' and the Michael/Erin dynamic were also great!
I always see all the scams and MLM schemes and wonder who the hell falls for that crap. Thanks to this channel, I saw Pat, and now I understand.
The kids aren't fucked. They are in the same position they would've been except now they have good grades and finished school, and have a diploma. Michael did a massively fucked up thing, but the kids aren't actually in a worse position then they would have been if he didn't promise their college. Like Erin said, some would have dropped out which is far worse than at least having a HSD and like I went into massive debt for college because most people have to anyway.... like college debt is a systemic problem not Michael Scott problem.
Their parents could have been saving money and the kids could have been applying for scholarships. Michael fucked them.
Yeah but because of Michael's promise, they didnt save for college at all
Guys, I just wanted to genuinely thank you. I’ve been struggling with unemployment and depression, but everyday I tune into these reactions and they give a sense of peace, comfort and a believable feeling that I’m not alone at least for those 24 mins. What you all do is beyond just reacting you create an atmosphere of joy and laughter. You warm hearts and changes moods I thank you all for that🙏🙏 if you ever need another reactor I’m pretty funny the depression makes me hilarious 😂 you’re all amazing @thenormies
Chris is right; Jim could solve a lot of problems by getting rid of Dwight but he obviously likes him. We met Jim's brothers and as the youngest bro I think Jim was the victim of a lot of the pranks he now plays on Dwight. Dwight is the little brother that Jim didn't have.
I'd like to think that Jim's pranks keep him in checks. He'd be an unstoppable monster if Jim didn't prank him every now and then, often in front of the whole office.
To his credit, the office wouldn't perform so well without Dwight,
I think this episode got over hyped
No.
The show also
And we're finally at this episode lol. To be honest, I absolutely get a kick out of showing people this episode for the first time 😂😂😈
Welcome welcome everyone. The moment we’ve all been waiting for
i never really found this as cringey as people did, i was wayyyyy more uncomfortable when they destroyed that family paper business
Unpopular opinon: this episode isn't as cringe as people hype it out to be.
There's a reason why this is an unpopular opinion. :)
It's here! Mark it on the calendar the day Scott's Tots came to youtube!
LMFAOOOOOOOOOO 7:37 i cant take this dude holy shit. Pat is playing a character theres no way
It’s not a character or a gimmick. It never has been. You can tell by how the others around him, people who know him, react to him. This is a perfect example of it not being a character. He isn’t that smart.
Ah! Finally the one episode I've only watched once
Dear God, I hv watched the office countless times, but this is just the second time for this episode.
I always look at the reactions. I love the office. greetings from Argentina , always supporting you
Chris, yes not all of the kids are going to college but they did graduate which is importance. Cause it’s not that they’re just fucked now. They have high school diplomas which is at least something when going into the workforce.
HERE WE GO!!!
May 14, 2024, I will remember this day
Here’s it is. Scott’s Tots. Can’t wait for this reaction. Lol
Love them mentally preparing themself for this episode. NOTHING CAN PREPARE YOU FOR THIS EPISODE!
I’ve never been able to rewatch this whole episode. Only short clips of people reacting to it. 2 years in the making led to this lol
@11:20 we can see peak CRINGE in real time hit all of you at the exact same time lol.
Chris jumping up and down when Michael pulled out the batteries was hilarious 😂
YES YES YES YES YES WE. ARE. HERE.
lol you guys got to this episode, I'm dying to see your reactions
I literally can only watch this because I’m excited you’re reacting to it 😄😄
The reaction to the battery reveal is the best thing ever
Honestly the parents should have realized sooner that a regional manager of a PAPER company - a company that had been closing down branches for years now - wouldn't have the money to pay for tuition for 15 kids.
“Maybe Michael will use this money…”
Wow. Pat was dropped on his head pretty hard, huh?
1:47 Pat is thinking of "ta-ta's".
I have been waiting for this one!
WERE FINALLY HERE!!! We made it guys. And with the full couch.
If ever there was a time to drop a smoke pellet and be able to disappear from a crowded room like Batman, this would be it.
I had to rewind to watch each of their reactions to the batteries 😂
I’ll be honest.. this was great, but we’ve seen them react more physically and absolutely lose their minds to much less cringey / notorious episodes of The Office. Y’know, episodes that snuck up on them. And that’s okay! But let’s not act like we didn’t play a part in that. While they clearly enjoyed this one and cringed quite a bit, you can absolutely tell the incessant comments on Patreon for the past two seasons alluding to this episode and the countdowns on RUclips clearly affected their expectations, just like it did for “Dinner Party”, and just like it did for the Pein Arc in Naruto, etc..
I understand we’re fans of the Office with the benefit of hindsight and we want to make sure everyone is around for certain episodes.. but more often than not, it just becomes too much. Hype, more often than not, HURTS the experience instead of improving upon it. Though they addressed the hype in the beginning of the video and how they ‘lowered’ their expectations, I do feel the results speak for themselves when compared to other episodes where they had to leave the couch or melted into it lol.
To clarify - This is not at all The Normies fault, and it’s not really the fans fault either… it just happens. Me pointing out that I think the hype affected their experience doesn’t mean anyone did anything wrong or that I’m disappointed etc. just saying… maybe we should let the next big office episode occur naturally.
6:10 Suraj cringing already 😂
Yess we arrived
Why does Suraj recently look like a 80's teenager on their metal phase :/
It’s finally here
Erin clapping along in class like it's legitimate 😂
Omg the day has come
I'm 19 now, been watching u guys since i was 9 and basically grew up with u guys! You're super awesome
Oh my god we are here, it’s finally happening!
Me at work when I saw this notification pop up: OH MY GOD, ITS HAPPENING!
It’s finally happening
You wanna know what valuable tuition (money) you wanna know what I don't got is MONEY LOL😂😂
Been waiting all season for you guys to watch this one.
I have not watched Scott’s Tots since it aired. I could never rewatch this episode, just seeing clips of it and I am dying inside again. Lol
omgggggg yesssss these episodes make me wanna sub to the patreon but then it ends faster tooo ahhhhhhhh
People kept mentioning this but i don't remember it at all. Just seems like a normal episode to me. I just remember the meme episodes like the "NO GOD PLEASE NO" and "PARKOUR!"😂
Michael Scott can't sell his house. He got a thirty year mortgage
🙄🙄
Awesome reaction of my favorite The Office episode!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊
It's nice that yall have everyone represented on the couch. Pat is a great disability hire, good on you guys for giving him a chance 👏🏾
i saw the title and just let out an "oh no"
It has finally arrived
The Normies: Bet this episode will be mid.
Us from the future: You poor innocent fools.
Finally they got to the episode I’ve only watched twice 😂.
Wait! Wait!
They're lithium!
I'm glad you all survived this one -- it looked a little touch and go for some of you at times! 😆
Oh no i’m not ready for this one
ITS HERE ITS FINALLU FUCKIN HERE
The experience this episode gave me will never be compared. Still haunts me to this day. Uff. 😓
