I wanted to be clever and started from page number 4, npc disappeared after interaction, but the mission did not pass. So I decided to start from the first page however on the designated site there is no this npc for the mission.

to find this NPC you need at night time, because those Dokkebi only spawn when Ingame Night time between 10 PM - 07 AM as I mention at early of this video

hahahahaha, just use several alternate character to standby on several location, so you just change character to nearest location, without need to going around continuesly

mostly they will disappear after Night Time (more than 07:00 AM in-game time) maybe just some delay, sometime I found ingame time got shift, need to open map and close it again to refresh it
