This is basically one of those 999 in 1 Brick Game things in a fake PS2 case.
I remember spending hours and hours of time playing with these little machines back in the 90s (the more usual handheld version of them, of course). I still have a couple of them in my storage bin.

I don't remember where you could get them, but they actually looked like a decent handheld apart from the cheap plastic, and a bigger screen. The minigames and stuff shown in this video are exactly the same. -I didn't even notice till after I posted the comment.-

I have a brick game that has that exact same screen with many of those games. All the guts of this system are inside the drive tray. I've watched other videos on here where a fake ps3 was being played and the guy took it apart because the sound didn't work and the whole system was mounted on the part that slides out with the screen. Are you going to try to fix this game or is it taking a trip to the shooting range for the lead treatment?

I had this when I was a kid but it was a handheld from Walmart. It played the little tune (What Do You Do With A Drunken Sailor) at normal speed, whatever you have speeds it up.

I still have my play station 2 mini. I remember 15 or 16 years ago when I got it. I had the classic "You best buy it because Iv only got one left" line from the shop owner. I go back the next day to find new ps2 mini for sale. He tells me the same line not realizing I he sold one to me yesterday that was his last one lol.

I remember playing a handheld like this when I was a tiny little kid. I think the product was legit back in that day, though, it wasn't one of these things. The intro music is the same, but on the PolyStation 2 here it's been drastically sped up.

I basically had this exact same game on a portable console. If was one of those toy things that you’d get in the toy electronic section at toys r us. It was much smaller, better sound, looked better, and even ran better. This was about maybe 17 years ago. In conclusion the one had was better. Still wonder what happened to that little electronic toy game
