你的這種清洗方式...
把農藥 灰塵 骯髒都洗進長豆裡了，而且養分也流失了，因為你先切開/切段。
正確的洗法是頭尾都不要切，清洗。如此保留住長豆的養分，農藥及髒東西也不會進去豆子裏。
所有蔬菜都是這樣洗。
加上你解凍後又再煮一次，又再過水一次，最後才下鍋做菜，基本上你長豆子的養分被你洗掉了一大半。
豆角不长虫、为什么打农药呢？
