I saw this ad as a kid, and spent months learning how to do this, recently I found out they used string and stickey tape to film it, and I feel betrayed Good news though, it's my party trick now, and no one else can do it
I remember the first time I saw this, I was giggling till the wee girl started squeaking the balloon, then I lost it completely. I couldn't breathe. Absolutely perfect advertising
I can remember seeing this for the first time working behind a bar when i was about 18 🤣, the whole pub went silent and just looked at each other and started laughing
This commercial has me in tears every time I see it. By far the funniest ad I've ever seen. From start to finish it's absolutely absurd - and the scratching at the end tops it off.
I remember being shown this in year 6 or something, at around 8 years old, and thinking "I wish I could move my eyebrows like that!" Couple weeks later I could, and everyone else couldn't. Officially superior in eyebrow tricks thanks to this advert lmao.
I remember this coming on telly for the first time when I was stoned out my face and I literally nearly stopped breathing from laughing at the eyebrow solo from the girl on the right 😂

What does a gorilla playing drums have to do with chocolate? Absolutely nothing, but it doesn't have to. All that matters is that the advert grabs your attention and sticks in your head.
i fail to see the connection between this and corona. can someone please explain? are people hiding indoors stuffing themself up with chocolate or something? i dont seem to find any other connection between this commercial and the corona virus.
WOW thanks for sharing this one as much as I’m not a Cadbury chocolate fan I did love this Ad when part of it aired here in Australia. Was great seeing the whole ad thanks once again. Classic 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Seriously.. how can the kids not start laughing feeling their eyebrows being lifted up and down? I saw this a few years back and it still makes me lose it..
its funny how the advert became so viral yet no one talks about how the song being used in the advert alongside the kids is a song that talks about having sex...
@@slabbyrider8665 same, look up the lyrics to it. You might be surprised by them. Its funny how words can be played in songs but not heard because of words being stretched or the sounds of the beat of the song which is all anyone really listens to anyway.

Already a thing in 94. My friend used to do it to annoy me
Eyebrow filter anyone? 😂
I’d laugh if they got the two actors back now to recreate the ad 😂
they travelled back to Vulcan
I actually think there was some kind of reunion or later interviews where they did it again.. not sure though :)

Let's be honest, this and the gorilla advert are probably the best adverts ever made
And the lip syncing man in the office, all equally as bad
I think the gorilla ad was voted " best ad." In Britain anyway. Nothing to do with chocolate, but it's memorable, associated with Cadburys.
I remember this coming on telly for the first time when I was stoned out my face and I literally nearly stopped breathing from laughing at the eyebrow solo from the girl on the right 😂

That's exactly what kids do when they're waiting. They get bored and start fidgeting or burping or the eye brow dance which was totally hilarious. ❤
This advert deserves a "How It's Made" episide.
Cadbury has a new commercial I just saw and it pays homage to this! Has to come back to this nostalgic commercial
