I have phone records showing I’ve waited longer than 20-30 mins to get through on 911. Never before seen a hold feature or phone tree for 911, but of course it exists, it’s in St Louis. 😂
And not one word about who is in charge of those call centers, somebody has to be responsible for Staffing, that's what happens when you hire people based on race and gender.

As a Truck Driver I've called 911 in St. Louis to report roadway hazards/incidents and had to listen to a recording and then placed on hold.
And not one word about who is in charge of those call centers, somebody has to be responsible for Staffing, that's what happens when you hire people based on race and gender.
