Never heard of this circle before, but I have to say I get a strong Yuuhei Satellite vibe from how they went about arranging this song. If I was told it was Y.S. and they had another singer do this song instead of Senya I would believe it.

I have only seen this circle pop up roughly half a year ago, the tracks they do some pretty solid, on par with Yuuhei Satellite imo.
The music from this circle is arrange by Iceon who also works for Yuuhei Satellite. That would explain the vibe you get from Frost Fragment's songs.
