I get that I should change for myself, and not put my ex on a pedistal, but my ex also motivates me, just as when we were together, that never changed. Ive always wanted to be my best self, before i met her, I just didn't know how, and didnt have all thos motivation I do now. I'm getting older all the time, so I want to put the time ive neglected in myself.
If your ex really liked and loved you before, and you were compatible, then the changes you make should be doable. Especially if you realize your mistakes and flaws, want or are are unopposed to making the changes, you will do it, even if it is a long process.
most of the dumping happened because crisis created or initiated by ex's. what Adrian mentioned I agree 1000% you bring change and evolve but ex's stays in same wave length even after years. better to find new love you enjoy better.

Spot on mate👍. I blame my self for my wife leaving? She lost respect? I've been reading and researching for the last 12 months . I'm happy in my self and found myself. I'm confident in all aspects of life now. I've seen other woman but I love my wife. She doesn't respect me. I told her the other day if she thinks she can treat me like that I' want nothing to do with her. I'm not waiting for you and if you want me back you must earn it as I need to earn her respect. I told her I loved her and always will but if she won't treat me with respect forget it. She's been testing me I'm sure. Truth is I'm happy either way . I'm not chasing and agreeing to her terms. The response has supprized me .
She's hot and cold . One day she's texting ringing . Then some days ! Yesterday I messaged her how's yr day cause she had it off work and our children! She didn't reply at all . I told her today make ua mind up . If you wanna ignore me one day but do the opposite another I'm not interested. That im not chasing her or interested in anyone who acts that way. I don't do that to anyone! I don't have to put up with it either. Some days she likes me and other days she hates me 🤷🏼♂️
I followed many different guides in doing what was right after the break up, unfortunately the whole month after the break up I did everything wrong, I nagged, I pleaded and bothered him. After realizing it wasn’t the right thing to do I gave it 5 weeks of space and worked on myself tremendously, I lost 50lbs, I made new friends, I actually had plastic surgery done, and i’m in therapy. I contacted my ex a few days ago letting him know I was sorry for the way I acted post break up and that I wish I had respected him asking for space. We asked eachother how we were and it was positive. Now I am in a position where I know I have done what’s right up until here but i’m not sure where to go next with this. Some guidance would be useful!!

My gf broke up with me nearly 2 months ago (I'm lesbian), we've been together for a bit more than 2 years. I really love her, after the break up, I did not keep the no contact rule and we have even met three times where I've tried to convince her about my changes. She was surprised at first but said she likes me, finds me a valuable person and would love to still have me in her life as a friend but she is done with the relationship and told me to move on.We broke up because of my mistakes mostly. Since then I am trying to improve myself, I'm working out etc. But I still can not get her out of my head, she's there night and day. Your videos help a lot but I'm still feeling kinda hopeless. She has always been really stubborn, and I fear that she will not change her mind.

This message assumes that there is a multitude of problems that a person needs to change but that’s not always true. My wife and I are separated and I can’t contact her but she can contact me…she’s told me before but she loves 99% of the things about me but there’s 1% that she doesn’t and that is when I take a certain medication and I become very irritable and agitated and at times have a rage but I’m not taking that medication anymore and that problem is gone but she can’t know that or see it if she’s not around.

Thanks for all the videos. I have followed your no contact strategy and messaged my ex 3 days short of the 30 days period. It's been a week now without reply. He hasnt even opened my msg but he continues to use my Netflix account....my msg was non threating, I sent him a video of a tv series we like and all I said was that I had to share that with him coz I knew he was going to liked it and that I hoped he was ok.
This is the 3rd time we broke up. I know how it looks like haha. We are both very stabborn but I have done lots of personal development and read many books about it. It's been amazing, I ve learnt so much about myself and the learning continues. I want us to enjoy those learnings together and inspire him to open up not just to myself but to other ppl too . He is the first and only ex that I ever wanted back, I tried but I cant move on. I dont know what else to do, pls help :)

What if we have done the personal development and evolved as a person, but your spouse still refuses to see and recognize your change and tells you they will never see you differently... They'll never give you the benefit of the doubt?
Hey I came in here to thank all of you, Coaches Natalie, Adrian, Alex... Because I have crossed a bridge after so many videos and self growth....and I know that if my ex ends up wanting me back that is nice, but I won't accept it. We can be friends. I realize that the best thing for both of us is to find other people that can give us the right kind of support we need from our partners. So I say goodbye for now....and I appreciate these few weeks of videos that guided me through no contact and to seek a better understanding of what happened and how I can grow. ❤
Hello, It's been 6 months since my split, we started to meet up again after a few months of no contact but now my ex has blocked me again for the last month after reacting badly to a phone call I made. I know that right now it's not healthy for us to be together as my ex seems very emotionally unstable still, but I do feel she is the one for me long-term. She is however living long distance away at the moment and for the next 6 months. Is it too long to put another 6 months space between us, or should I actively do something to reach out in a month or so? I'm worried that being apart for a whole year would see the chances of reconciliation all but die. Please help!
My ex didn't give a reason as to why she ended our relationship and has never wanted to talk about it since. So, I've had to speculate for myself, identify the part that I played and have made some adjustments to my behaviour patterns. I am a better version of myself, now.However, my ex and I don't have any mutual friends and I'm not on social media. She will close down text message conversations politely, so as not to get too close or encourage me, which means she will never see or hear of the changes in me. What do I do when there isn't a platform to communicate this change? I mean, she's not psychic!

My ex came back and gave me a second chance... we went on holiday and I posted a pic of him and it offended another person who means alot to him. (we were back in the honeymoon dating phase, not exclusive) We spoke about not posting but I didn't follow suit. Ive lost his trust. Hi! We were in relationships from past 4 and a half year. We had fights arguments but this time she said she don’t want to be with me she is not going hurt herself anymore. I convinced her to make things perfect but she said me to move on as even she was trying the same. I called her but she still said no. Now she has been shifted to some other place and from then I have been in no contact with her. It is almost 5days but yesterday she removed our anniversary photo from Instagram after seeing it I posted something. After watching your video I removed my post. I have started going to gym. Hello! I was with her for a few months to long distance. She's moving on. I feel good, I start with my life, but I really love and miss her.
Before meeting you, I hired a coach with another person for 6 months !! That was a mistake.

My girlfriend broke up with me three days ago but when I tried to give her back the watch she gave me(she had it engraved with out anniversary too)she said no you keep it I gave it to you for a reason and she still has one picture of me on her social media and I’m still in good contact with her dad , do you think we would ever get back together?
