while I'm glad the show didn't have Ian die since it'd be such a frustrating Hypocrisy having him pay the ultimate price for something that Phil was mainly Responsible for I do have to point out what a lame excuse it is saying that Phil was "" Disturbed "" like all Peter was doing was spray painting the outside of the vic it was pretty clear he wasn't coming inside so all Phil had to do was wait a minute for him to leave and then he could have finished him off easily. but instead as per usual Phil uses whatever excuse he can to chicken out of committing a murder.

How is that funny? Phil fighting and causing the boat to crash doesn't escape the fact that Ian locked Dennis in a room which caused him to die 😂😂.
