- It's emerged that the suspect in the Christchurch mosque shootings emailed his far-right 'manifesto' to New Zealand's Prime Minister less than ten minutes before the attack.

Jacinda Ardern said, however, that nothing in the message could have helped stop the killings.
She's promised to change the country's gun laws in response to the terror attack - as questions continue to be asked as to why the gunman was not known to the authorities.

What there needs to be is an open and free discussion on immigration and who is allowed into our countries. I do not know much about Frazer Anning. I do know that if somebody hit me in the back of the head with an egg, I would probably act as My Anning did. Why should he be a victim. What I do agree with, and Mr Anning pushes it quite strongly, is that the government in Western nations need to hold plebiscites to find out what the people actually want as far as migrants coming into the country is concerned. Maybe then you may not have people feeling disenfranchised as you do today. We certainly do not want to see what happened in Christchurch happening elsewhere. Our prayers go out to all the families who lost loved ones.
