The more I know about the Alpha Legion, the more I like them. The concept of a supposed loyalist legion inside the Chaos ranks with a secret plan is quite attractive indeed but I think is more suitable to the setting (being all grimdark and with a touch of tragedy behind every story) that, even if they started as actual double agents during the Heresy, they've become more and more entangled in their own secrecy to the point where in 40K, Alpha Legion doesn't have a defined goal anymore and they just _think_ they have one. So they're actually chaotic (as in opposed to order, not Warp-like) believing they're loyalist acting as traitors.

i have a quest, can you make a 40 facts video for the Ramilies-class Starfort ? i was seeking for Infos and Vidoes now for long time and i wasent able to find anything to them except of the inexact Infos of the lexicanum and warhammer 40k wiki. More Alpha legion videos pls, i too believe that they are loyal legion or something like that , i like them they are the best !! i dont recall were i found it but it is said that loyal elements of the Alpha legion are still exist in the Imperium and even they have made their own chapters such Iron Snakes , thay say that Damocles who was an ultramarine , in reality was an Alpaha legioner who weared for some reasons the colours of the ultramarines thats why he had the symbol of a snake and later the main symbol of the chapter that was found by him the Iron snakes , and in the time of Horus Herecy he kept his loyal to the Emperor and fought for him .Thus more loyal members from the Alpha legion found selter to chapters like this one ,the Iron Snakes.

Most Orks are easily manipulated, something that the Alpha Leigon knowns how to do...and that was before the Horus Heresy.
