Nice....Thorough....Calm Review of FANCIER's NON-CUSTOMER-SERVICE....that is a Key Reason not to Buy from Fancier....No Interest in the Customer...equals...No Interest in the Tripod/Head.....Thanks for Posting This
no matter how you take care of it - it still breaks. And it work bad if you want to use heavy video equipment (like a slider + camera) - the head dosn't hold and turned. Bad tripod - good price.
Cheers for the video, I am still in question about buying it. I need a good video based tripod for weddings but I do not want to be stuck with a broken tripod.
It feels fluid. Obviously there are better heads out there, but I've always been happy with the moment of this one. Some people don't like the drag on these tripods, but I never had any problem with it.
Hi Scott, thanks for this video. Did you ever try it with a slider and a mirrorless type camera (low weight)? I'm trying to figure out if it will be suitable to use it this way or should I go for much more expensive heads. Cheers!
The honesty is much appreciated!!

Thanks for the review, I was just ordering one and after your video I didn't. Thanks!
Thanks for your help with the tripod I wanted to buy it but not anymore. cheers
Thanks for the review. Am tempted to get one but hesitating due to poor build quality and 0 after sales service.
Thanks for the review. I just bought one myself and so far so good but I'll try to be very careful with it.

as a pro buyer we say: "to buy cheaply is expensive"
I suppose that the broken pieces are made of plastic where other makers use metal
Plastic, or low grade metal (in the case of the screw holding on the knob)
thanks for the advice.
Thanks for the video, does fluid motion is really fluid? I have AmazonBasics tripod, which also claims to have fluid movement, but it is quite jerky.

I never have, although it should support a short slider OK. Always seemed stable for me.I wouldn't try a very long one, though.
That's a great review, thanks. Where did you buy this tripod though? I want to get one, but it seems like they are discontinued on amazon. :(
I got mine direct from the Fancier Studio website. But that's been a while back now.
i just got that tripod and got the konova k1 silder, can i mount the tridop to the slider? i cant find the way anywhere and cant do it myself.
Hi Scott.
Good video. Does the tripod head come off? Im needing a good tripod that can support my slider.
It will come off, but it's a 75mm bowl, instead of a flat head mount. I think they make a normal read mount as well.
can it hold a 11 pound jib crane no problem?
11 pounds? It should. Supposed to hold up to 25, I believe. But make sure it doesn't tip when you're swinging it.
Great tripod but it's fragile nature and poor customer service put's me off, thanks for the honest video
