    This is very informative .just wanna ask, what to do if we want once the user created a ticket it will be routed to their Department head get an approval then will be assigned to the ITS L1? the tool is new for us, and we are still trying to figure out how this work. Thank you!

    i keep getting the error Invalid CSRF Token __CSRFToken__ or valid csrf token required while trying to login, does anyone have a aolution or work around for this problem?
