Favorite sliders: I bake thin chicken filet in some olive oil & a pat or two of butter. Then I lay them on the bottom of the buns on top of some cheddar cheese. I give a layer of Texas Pete honey mustard, then I top it with some bacon strips that have been cooked and another layer of the shredded cheese. You can melt some butter for the tops and just put in the oven. I normally just cut the sliders with the knife. I use thin enough chicken that it's easy to cut thru. So good!

But in the recipe description you say pumpkin first then cream cheese mixture. I made them with the cream cheese layer down first and the pumpkin on top. They were so good! The. Danish would be great for a quick breakfast: the sliders and some cut up veggies would be a good lunch: that soup, alo g with buttered garlicc bread and a salad complete the day's menu ... along with the crisp as dessert ( or a bedtime snack ). Thanks for sharing.

Pro Chef & Baker here, A lot of people don’t know that spices, like any other food, do expire. 6 months is the freshness date once opened and 1.5-2years max is the date for unopened spices. Keep using fresher spices and you’ll enjoy the smell you were talking about.🌻

Those French dip look really good but does your girls like onions? It is more of a desired taste. I don't like to eat them but I do cook with them because it gives food so much more flavor. My husband and daughter, 17 likes onions and pretty much the rest of family does. 😂. Just wondering

That’s how authentic Italians pronounce it. But I don’t think you’re supposed to say it that way.

I’ve never heard of Pasta e Fagioli made with minced meat before. It’s mostly vegetarian and at most has pancetta in it sometimes
