Take that voice and bend the pitch a bit, warp it up and you have the Commander and the Grunts covered. I would love to dig in and make one myself but... I don't play HL ... DAMN it would be awesome though =D "ОСТОРОЖНА" ))

I found two version "Classic" and "ZoG" and none of them sound like this one.
