Her beauty secrets are youth and genes.
I was going to say the same thing
Yup
& money.
Amen sister: genes, youth and money. Oh, and lots of time in the morning
She’s not even that beautiful
Being like 22 has something to do with it 😂😂
😂😂😂😂
I'm 31. As a South African, we don't do much tbh. Simplicity is key. A good cleanser, toner & moisturizer is best & don't forget SUNSCREEN.
There is literally 62 mln people in SA, dont generalize lol people prefer different products and have many different routines lol
@@Kaya.184I'm South African, she's right. Most of us don't care much to invest in skincare routines. In fact, most of us use the natural ingredients we have in Africa. I use black soap as a cleanser, rose water with Cape aloe or bulbine frutescens as a toner, and mafura butter or nilotica shea butter as a moisturizer. Sometimes I mix my butters with oils like rosehip, argan, baobab, Cape chestnut or Kalahari melon oil, depending on the weather. I do buy sunscreen, of course. I've been using these ingredients from childhood with my whole family.
@@Kaya.184were in her comment did she say “All South Africans use the same products”? Smh you’re just trying find an issue were there is non.
She doesn't need much she's young and has good genes, just keep it clean and moisturised.
🇿🇦lol the eyebrow thing is a “style”….She definitely razored out that line, it’s almost a fashion thing
Almost but too tacky
Her sister has the same eyebrow cut
It used to be a thing back then 😂
I'm South African. My daughter does the eyebrow slit as well but she draws a line with a concealer
Gary ❤ the most handsome man in RUclips
Yeah, he’s quite cute!
He is handsome pleasant and great to listen to.
What about Dr. Mike?
Yes! I love his walk also.
Her top beauty secret is youth.
Nah its beauty.
But she's only 22 years old 😊 I mean even if she doesn't do anything she'll look as beautiful ❤ Only a good cleaning of the skin is essential and sunscreen when going out...
Age doesn't mean anything. There are a lot of teens who got awful skin with acne, spots and uneven complexion. Good genes are probably more important.
@@Coyote-oh7gi yea, but when you're young you won't have wrinkles. So you will still look youthful even with all those other issues.
There is nothing wrong with Tyla's left eye-brow. She made the insertion herself with the blade. It is a fashion statement. So it is not a medical condition or caused by trauma.😂😂😂
I was going to say, the eyebrow 'gap' is a fashion statement to the music world, thankfully it grows back and Tyla is just a very beautiful young lady with so much ahead of her, I am glad she is learning to treat her skin right at this point of youth. I wanted to see her using some sunscreen though, it still applies even to darker skins and something I was'nt taught about growing up in a hot climate, but am paying for it now much later. She must just enjoy it, thanks Dr. Gary for doing this cover.
I'm using the same Weleda facial moisturiser as she's using - also adding some Frankincense drops for the night, for cleansing a natural soap bar and scrubs my face with a small terry towel, I also eat a daily dose of fresh wild berries which keeps the skin smooth
Hey Dr. Gary,
I was ready for a new skincare regimen so I thought, what a perfect time to try your new Feel Confident™trio! I just got it today and used it for the first time! My skin feels great and I love how there's no fragrance and no extra ingredients other than what is necessary (one of the main reasons I bought it). The cleanser was great, I felt clean but not dry after washing my face. My skin felt very plumped up after using the HA Serum and Moisturizer, super moisturized and glowy! I love how thick the Moisturizer was, thick but not too thick. It definitely wasn't watery or too light. I love everything! 💛
She uses vaseline & sunlight green bar soap... We all do in South Africa
True
Shhh! the price of our green bar might go up...😂
@@tshepomogotsi got you broskie
Happy Sunday Doctor!🎉🎉🎉
she's real ngl, south africans dont do too much. As a xhosa girl, we have our own traditional stuff(like clay masks), but other than that Vaseline is your best friend. When the world turns against you, Vaseline will hold you hand, whisper in your ear and tell you everything is gonna be okay.
Gary, here in Brazil that eyebrow gap is an aesthetic/fashion thing. It used to be for gangsters, but now boys and girls do that on purpose.
Lol same here in South Africa…ppl do it purposely
@@thandisilec835 wow, that’s cool!
Her skin is pure perfection
So regarding the "taste" aspect - for me it's coffee!! When I do my morning skincare it's always alongside my coffee! ❤ Sometimes at night it's tea!
She's amazing ❤❤❤
Doctor, the eyebrows gap may also be a style 😅
Yes it's a thing
Baby girl is a goddess a natural beauty....good genes period
Hey doctor does prp help growing hair on eyebrow if one has genetically less density eyebrows ?
She made the eyebrow cut, it’s a cultural thing 😂.
Yoh brah, that is missing piece on the eyebrow is a style. She from the gallies you know. ❤Tyla
People need to understand some people are attractive and some are ugly they’re are not secrets lol
And then there's people like you who need to understand that beauty is 100% subjective and to say some people are ugly and others are attractive, and that's IT is kinda icky
@@notlargerthanlifebeauty is objective
@@Guus115 No it's not.. Speak for yourself
The best point ever,no secret it is what it is,😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
She said 'BABY SOAP' which generally does not dry out the skin because it has glycerin in there or some sort of gentle moisturiser... But what do I know... I'm not a 'doctor' or anything..
It could be a styled eye brows
Dr. Gary! Im sure you know - but there's a name for the hairloss you can experience from tight hairstyles, its called Traction Alopecia. A GREAT example is Jojo Siwa and the way the constant slicked tight side pony caused her hairline to be craaazy crooked 😂😂
My skin was immaculate at that age I miss that ❤she's perfect
Love her accent.
Her beauty secret is that she's 22. Good for her, but none of this is going to help a 40 year old woman.
She has some good tips though.
You remind me of James McAvoy (professor x)
I always appreciate your tutorials.
The slash in her eyebrow could be cultural.
Her brother has it too.its genetics
She said haaa ah like she comes from my village
Being young is not a secret lol good genes is not a secret lol there’s nothing anyone can do to look like that other than look like that
I can confirm as a neighbouring country and birth place of South Africa that people here actually shave the gap in their eyebrows as a customised style
The blade you can see thats a South African
She is gorgeous. That melanin will keep her youthful for years. Most black women that take care of themselves look 7 to 10 years younger anyway. ( naturally ).
Usually darker skin women have beautiful wrinkle free skin. My aunts are in their late 80's and they both are wrinkle free. They are amazing and absolutely beautiful.
Is he trying to say that she has a secret or what ? Whatever i love her the way she is!
Я вас очень прошу Расскажите про Еву Мендес!! у неё раньше было такое необычное лицо очень красивое! А сейчас стало как у всех... куда-то пропала изюминка😢
Many youth in South Africa actually make that gap on the eyebrow. My neice does it....Don't know why. It's weird, I know😂. ♥️🇿🇦
I have watched quite a few of your video’s and am surprised that the outcome’s are so poor for most people. However, you can look at Ryan O’Neil in Bones in his late 60’s and Raquel Welch in her 70’s in Spin City and they both still looked incredible and natural after plastic surgery. It would appear the old adage that “you can’t polish a turd(piece of excrement)” is true of plastic surgery at best you can “roll it in glitter”, that is the other part of the adage.
Pleases gals/guys no hates but does she shave her eyebrows each morning ?
Not every morning
When I see brows like that, I assume the person had a piercing in that spot. That's what I thought about Charlie Puth. 🤔 I have no idea why his brow looks that way. 😅😂😅
I think everyone here has pretty much said the obvious...she's young and pretty...big secret? But, if she has a healthy routine, it can keep her and others stay more youthful. People think looks will last...not if you engage in unhealthy activities
She is South African we are naturally beautiful
She might be from there but she look East Indian and African
Beauty secret: 21 y o
She’s 22? Well that there is her beauty secret. She’s cute but I wouldn’t follow her advice. I don’t think she knows what the heck she’s doing
But her routine is actually very sensible. She doesn't use random shit, she has dry skin and everything she used serves the proper function - cleaning, hydration, moisturisation, sun protection. The bare minimum. If someone has no idea what to do, a routine like this is foolproof and gets the job done
you should make a video on drake
Braids done properly will be fine. That was minimal; not a lot.
Wanna see natural beauty? Lily Cole
Lol doctor thinking the eyebrow cut is natural…I’m South African, that eyebrow thing is a thing amongst Black and Coloured SAn youth…one of my friends got a suspension at school because she cut her eyebrow like that…the school said it constitutes skin marking fit aesthetic reasons. We aren’t allowed make up, skin markings(eg tattoos)or additional piercings other than one in each ear for girls with our school uniforms in South African schools. We all wear school uniforms in South Africa and there’s a whole dress code and rules around what’s allowed with it. So Tyla must have done this when she started university where you can’t wear anything
1st? :o
Nope that eyebrow thing is a tacky trend sir! The Vanilla Ice brow is back! For no reason!
Indian spiritual
please she's like 12 hahahahh
Too many steps for me.
She is south african. We have natural beauty . No time for plastic lol
Natural beauty is awesome...too many people want to be fake and ruin what they have with unnecessary surgeries and medical treatment
Seriously why the need to create this content. It’s not even relevant with her age and her image squad.
Phoney.
What can plastic surgeon say about skincare routine. I'm not saying you shouldn't but why we should listen to you and not dermatologists I don't understand yet.
You learn more being open minded. Obviously, a plastic surgeon knows a comprehensive amount about the skin…. I don’t understand how anyone would think not?
Relative to a dermatologist, sure, the derma might know more about a particular subset of information.
Nevertheless, to ignore a plastic surgeon about this topic would be arrogant.
Because they know about skin cells
Also, I don’t mean to say YOU are arrogant. You posed a great question that I’ve wondered in the past.
@@divinegon4671 Yes, BUT the question is pretty legit and respectfully asked. Don't confuse being open minded with choosing wisely your resources of information. Anyone can say anything on the internet, so it's in our interest asking questions like that. To at least try to understand what's reliable and what no, or how it is relevant.
Imho, in this case, the answers are three: even if he's not a dermatology expert, a plastic surgeon probably know much more about skin than an average person; he makes content beauty-related so it may be interesting for his audience; he sells beauty products (which has to be considered also to understand why it's in his interest to cover this topic I guess)
Not to mention he has a skincare line!
I don’t see a point in her video.
You are jealous
You look like you are in your 50s
You are in your 50s right ???
@@jeraldthomas4381bruuh one comment would be enough 🤣
Vogue asked her to share her morning routine, so that it gets published. The results of the views will determine the value of her following and subsequently the the value of her contracts for beauty products.
Sydney is more beautiful than her you can see her face without make-up
What an awful thing to write!
