Andrew Doak Cooks - Beef Quesadilla

I made #tacos last night, #beef #tacos to be exact. The other person in the house asked for a #quesadilla, which is easy, because I have all the ingredients to prepare that in a pinch.
Enjoy!
HOW TO
1. Get your Cast Iron heated up, medium heat
2. Grab your #taco meat from the other night
3. Layout your tortillas
4. Spray the inside of the tortilla with Spray Oil
5. Add beef, tomatoes, cilantro and cheese
6. Take another tortilla and cover beef / cheese
7. Press together
8. Spray Cast Iron with Spray Oil
9. Add filled tortilla, cook for 5 minutes
10. Flip
11. Cook other side for 5 minutes
12. Flip
13. Do it again, 2 more times
14. Take it off heat, let rest for a couple minutes, then cut into quarters
15. Enjoy
