My dad was in hospital, nobody saw him for 5 days after which he had a stroke and needed help going to the bathroom but no nurses were around, they complained because they needed to change the bedsheets. I worked for the nhs in a hospital across most departments. Most of the staff, especially the nurses, are lazy bone idol wastes of oxygen. Bad attitudes and full of themselves. The theiving and skiving that goes on is rampant. It is massively over funded and the patient's are treated like scum. At least 50% of the staff should be sacked and never be allowed to work in any public sector. And that is the absolute truth!!!
The NHS needs to look back to move forward. For years its been chucking money at it because they can't be bothered sorting it out. It would take a bit of time, but it can be done,but those employed in it need to play a part too.
Sell the hospitals to private companies and raise trillions to save the country. Only the NHS and Church of England own the buildings they occupy; All others rent. Competition in hospitals will reduce prices and improve performance. The rent we pay will be included in the funding the Hospital receives to perform operations. The better hospitals will attract more patients and receive more money. The not so good ones will either improve or fail clearing the way for a better hospital.

Correct, i moved to US and got private healthcare with the same amount i was paying to the NHS and failed goverment farces that collapsed with illegal immigration, i got 400x better healthcare and wasnt rejected when i had issues, Took a decade and more to get a green card thank gd.
Surely, if you are honest, your intentions are good, and you have integrity, you would not only be ok with transparency, you would stride for it?
Public Services for for normal people are virtually non-existent. So, we are now facing paying even more tax for even less. The numbers just don't add up for normal people in the UK.

I worked for the nhs in a hospital across most departments. Most of the staff, especially the nurses, are lazy bone idol wastes of oxygen. Bad attitudes and full of themselves. The theiving and skiving that goes on is rampant. It is massively over funded and the patient's are treated like scum.
At least 50% of the staff should be sacked and never be allowed to work in any public sector. And that is the absolute truth!!!

The NHS needs to look back to move forward. For years its been chucking money at it because they can't be bothered sorting it out. It would take a bit of time, but it can be done,but those employed in it need to play a part too.
Sell the hospitals to private companies and raise trillions to save the country. Only the NHS and Church of England own the buildings they occupy; All others rent. Competition in hospitals will reduce prices and improve performance. The rent we pay will be included in the funding the Hospital receives to perform operations. The better hospitals will attract more patients and receive more money. The not so good ones will either improve or fail clearing the way for a better hospital.
