First of all am very thankful to you all for giving me 14 mins from your valuable time . you know well I have made alot of incubators in my channel and have hatched thousands of eggs . but u have never made incubator having capacity more than 400+ . This time I have decided to made incubator for 600 eggs .
*Process
I simply bought wooden sheets from the near bzar . I cut off into 3 pieces having side 30height and 22 width . length is 4 feets almost . I made simple box having 2 partitions of 300 eggs in each . I made tray for eggs to keep eggs 🥚 🐣 up from low surface because eggs also need heat from inner side . I used 3 bulbs of 100 watts in each partition and 2 dc fans . I have used w1209 and M452 controller to control the temperature . temperature 🌡️🤒
Material Required
wooden sheets
6 bulbs of 100watts
6 holders .
4 DC 12v fans
nails
w1209 controller
M452 controller
2 12v adopters
metal net
I have mentioned all the material required used in this incubator . it's too cheap and having excellent results .

For Hatching Eggs In Incubator We Need To Maintain Temperature In Incubator 37°C - 39°C And Humidity 50% - 65 % .....For Better Results .Turn The Eggs Daily 3-4 Times Till First 18 Days Of Incubation....After 18 Days Stop Turning Eggs And Increase Humidity To 65% - 80% Chicks Will Comes Out Of The Eggs (Hatch) Between 19-24 Days.........All The Best....Hope You Enjoy This Video

I really want to do this incubator. Am a carpenter by profession. So I think I can do the wood work but I don't know the work out of the camera like I see others turning the eggs . Please sir can you help me am in Cameroon I love to take my family out of poverty.

The eggs need to be turned 3 times in a day, did you consider putting a turner in your incubator or how did you turn the eggs?

I think once there's fan there's no need of turning and that's why he also used net

Sir I,ve seen different thermostat being used that's the 1209and the 452at the beginning of your build up then on the hatching day i saw two more different thermostat with one of the previously used missing what can you say about that sir.

The fan is spraying the heat everywhere.
Absolutely they’d burn touching the bulb and also get stuck in the fan. I don’t know if you noticed the drowned chicks in the water. This was a functional but poorly designed and poorly executed incubator

Failed in the issue of placement of water. It was not completely sealed and the new chicks fell into the containers.

If cement all and slope abit then abit of hump like a stopper, then hole the hump, then washing easy maybe, just ideas. Then all drop in middle(the wastes and water) to drainage maybe.

لا يتم تقليب البيض بما ان الواجهة مثقبة تسمح بمرور نفس الحرارة على البيضة بالتساوي ، الدجاجة لا تقلب بيضها 😊😊😊
