I like it because of the ability to convert to 460Rowland, and it can be safety carried chambered but is quick to use with the double action option. 15rds, at 900ftlbs+, is enough for hiking in AK. While not as powerful as a hot 44mag, it has less recoil and is easier to get back on target. Plus, it supposedly suppresses better than most other 45s. I haven’t tried that but I did get a chance to shoot a 1911 suppressed, and that hit the giggle button. As far as the brass is concerned; the best way is to grow your channel and then hire someone else to collect your brass.

Here at my range and what I’d use it for in Texas, I just couldn’t find a home for it in my daily lifestyle. I did find it easy to shoot and by far enjoyed it more than a 44mag. I can only imagine how it would look suppressed! She’s a big girl already. Your advice on the brass pick up is the best I’ve heard so far. Lol. I spend a lot of time crawling around out there picking up brass. I’ve tried doing a date night brass pick up with my wife but she didn’t find that enjoyable lol.😂. Many and more years ago, I was wondering Cabals. There was a 3' stack of boxes with 45s for $129 behind the counter. It's really heavy, ugly, and big. I told myself it would be embarrassing to own something like that. After 2 hours more shopping, I was going out the door and thought about a gun for the tractor toolbox. I don't want to claim buying it, but something has killed many coyotes,snakes, and rats out of the tractor toolbox.
