Mam have you faced problem of ants , or dust particles going inside the tank of water purifier bcoz we have seen this type of problem in many ro SYSTEMS and we are trying to develop airtight and detachaboe tank .please give feedback. Thankyou

I have not faced ants and dust particle problems. If you regularly change the primary filter then the dust particles will not go inside.

Check with LG service team. Their is a hole at top of the purifier tank for air vent. Check the small air filter on this. Their must be the problem.

I bought ww120NNC... not installed yet.. May i know if the UV light is On while your purifier is purifying the water.. I meant do the UV lamp gets On while the water purifier is running to filter the water? i have read that the UV light wil run only once in 6 hours.

UV light is in ON condition while refilling. While in idle condition it will ON and OFF with some time interval.

Yes some mild sound will come due to water pump inside the purifier. Water Refill aagurapa matum than sound varum.

Did you change the internal filters, after how many months did u change them?

Not internal filter. It is external primary filter. We need to change this for every 3-4 months. The price of this filters will be 300-400rs.

LG recommend to change tha internal filter for once in a year. But if the water is not too salty then we shall replace for every 2 years.
