ASUS X553M Laptop No Power & Not charging Solution - Frozen BIOS RESET

This video is about how to fix a laptop that not charging and not turning on.
If you have similar problem with your laptop this video can be helpfull.
ASUS X553M Laptop was completely in dead condition.
No response from power button, no power led and no charging light.
There was no additional CMOS battery installed in the laptop.
We reset the BIOS by disconnecting the internal battery which made the laptop back into life.

As the laptop does not have a dedicated CMOS battery disconnecting the main battery will reset the bios.

If you're, show it to a professional.
If you're doing it yourself do a bios update with latest version file after you get your laptop working again.
Otherwise the problem may come back again.

If its heating when you put it on charge there can be some other fault your laptop have. You should show it to a professional then.

It can be a different problem with your laptop. If the BIOS is messed up completely, the bios chip needs to be programmed externally. It can be a high level job.
You should show it to a professional then.
