Shipwrecked and robbed of her treasure, Pepper must spin up her trusty sidearm to reclaim what the mischievous Narlings stole. Armed with Grinder, Pepper burrows through terrain & water, controls machines, and pulverizes all enemies blocking the way towards recovering her missing fortune - with interest!
Pepper's progress will not be that simple, however, as mysterious beings begin to emerge from the shadows...

I was thinking the same from the very first trailers of pepper grinder...
this game has actually been in development before ori 2 was announced - got to play an alpha demo in like 2016-2017 💛 so cool to see it released! 🎉

@@dragon_theory there was the graybox/wireframe reel of basically all ori's gameplay mechanics/jumps, as far as I understand it happened before ori #1 and they had too many ideas and that's why there are 2 games. and original ori was when? 2015? and the development started way before that...

I finished the demo, it was a small part of 30 minutes covering 8% of the game.
I played with the keyboard. I think it would be much better if played with a joystick, because there is a lot of time when my fingers on the keyboard have to press the K key, WASD, Space all at the same time
This can be a bit tiring, but if you change the controls it won't be a problem anyway, but I'm sure it will be much better with the joystick.
The style of the game was very nice, the music was relaxing, the gameplay was fun, the drill really made the game more beautiful, there were parts that could be considered as small tracks,
The drill track sequences of the game reminded me of Celeste, it was nice.
10 out of 10, they did what they wanted to do, they are successful in their own class, I can't wait to buy it when it goes on sale
