my one concern is that after 18, you really do not have any family to go back to on holidays, etc. but it still LOOKS like at least the kids are not allowed to hit on each other sexually or bully and staff is not allowed to do that either. two big problems with paid adoption and paid foster care. EVERYONE GETS HIT ON. MAYBE NOT HERE....maybe not.
