Some people can be very vindictive when you owe money.
She won't be for long if the right person sees this episode. PTSD by itself doesn't qualify her for disability unless it's to the point that she cannot function in her everyday life. Well, the thing is, is that even if you’re on disability she could get a part-time job she just can’t make over around six to $800 a month so instead of asking her uncle for money all the time she could easily just go get a part-time job and there’s so many people who have PTSD, it’s very common. There are people who have had bad bad stuff happened to them and they still go to work every day and work at 9 to 5 job I have a friend who had a baby and literally the baby was like four months old or something like that and died to Sid and when she woke up, she saw that her baby had passed away and she still goes to work. Yeah, of course she took time off but still and I’m sorry she is acting like she’s high on something.
I love when people borrow money from family and then stop paying because of their own personal reasons like "being a victim of a violent crime" and then just expect the person who loaned the money to forgive it. That's not how life works. A bank wouldn't say oh you poor thing, we'll just forgive the loan. You still have to pay it back period. Not to mention the idiot made it clear that it was a loan at the end and that she was lying the whole time about it being a gift. Those people are career victims.
I don't think that's fair. You don't know what it's like having PTSD or you wouldn't make a statement like that. JJ steamrolled over that poor woman's disability. She makes it sound like PTSD makes you retarded. It doesn't. You can still take care of yourself and others. But you also have certain triggers. The reason that people get Disability for PTSD is because it's hard to navigate around those triggers. There was no mention from the defendants about forgiving the loan. They thought it was a gift to begin with. Most likely the plaintiff started in on them and they felt guilty about not paying him so they agreed to pay so much. It's not always black and white. You can't make judgments about a person if you haven't lived their life.
@@jessicaarmstrong5035 I don't think she shamed the woman for having disability, just the fact she wants her cake and to eat it too. Byrd was like you better be right😂😂😂
Byrd’s reaction had me in tears😂
😂😂Judy is effortlessly hilarious! And Byrd played along. So cute!
I love how judge judy was patient & respectful to the plaintiff I want to give that uncle kudos for dealing with that
Never loan money to anyone, especially relatives. It save a lot of family disputes.
“On Byrd’s life”, says Judge Judy, 😂.
0.25-0.40 "on Byrd's life" oh that looks on his face 😂😂
People like the defendants look for every opportunity to get handouts and what's irritating is they act like they're entitled to them.
Lol 😂 when JJ say that she was hard of hearing….. lol lyin ass. She HEARS PERFECTLY
Byrd like: 👀
I love it when JJ throws a random Byrd moment into the case.
I need to print a tshirt with *I GUARANTEE YOU ON BYRD'S LIFE!*

Let me know if you decide to start selling those shirts! 😂
Say no to drugs kids!
If she is married to him,and he works ,she is required to report that to SSI!!!
yep. She's gaming the system in many ways.
The dependent tho when she said doubt it lol. Nice face. Called OUT 😂
No good deed goes unpunished.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I’m screaming at this episode!!! She is so freaking funny!!!
How can you want a dream car, on someone else's dime.. smh
Has one sob story after another. At the end she grins and brags that she "still has her dream car." Disgusting.
Defendant guy should be punished. Such an ungrateful creature
3:06 I like how he immediately recognised that he wasn't meant to walk over and stepped back to give to it to Byrd. Also, the black woman in the audience who stuck out her hand like "hold on. You're meant to wait".😄
Lol, now the plantiff could hear. “Me too”
On Byrd life, that’s so wrooong!
The two defendants are basically being taken care of by the plaintiff so that’s why they aren’t looking for work, I guess. They are hustlers.
They have a million excuses!
There are givers in this world, and takers in this world. He's the giver and you're not! You're the taker, and you will make excuses for the taking!
"Judge Judy is Scary"... Not as Scary as You. YIKES!
😂😂😂😂😂
The defendant looks simultaneously 25 and 75.
Son was killed by a car... Boyfriend was hit by a car... What town are they from GTA ?!... God is telling you... STAY THE F AWAY FROM CARS !!
Train 😅
She said judge Judy is scary😂😂😂😂 yes I agree. I would probably fading in her presence😅😅
UNCLE GAVE MONEY BUT THEY BOUGHT METH LOL
I was abused as a child from ages 4-8, child abuse, domestic violence, etc I just recently sought help for it at the age of 40. They said I have PTSD. I’ve been working like a dog
Yeah, I found that working takes my mind of various unpleasant events and at the end of the week I have something to show for my efforts. A win-win. Now that I'm older i can see where most of the "issues" people have they tend to exploit because for some reason our society rewards such things. Then you get more of it, naturally. The harder the work the more the demons are dispelled.
God bless Byrd. He is awesome😂😂
“Gaven” money to? I like the plaintiff’s tie.
That woman is creepy af....
Your dream car is a 3500 dollar caddy. Whatever floats your boat, I guess.
If you're well enough to operate a motor vehicle on a public road, and you're well enough to babysit a toddler and an infant, you're well enough to GET A JOB.
So you would hire so 90 year old person because they can drive and watch a toddler for 3 hours on occasion? Lol
Birds Life...Ha ha ha ha ha. Officer Byrds face is so funny.
these 2 have an excuse for everything
Byrd’s facial expressions are hilarious 😂 😂😂😂
Why wouldn't she ask for money for teeth instead of a car? Not trying to be rude..just saying
😂😂😂
Byrds face when Judy swore on his life 😂😂😂
