How do I relearn how to braid? I’ve been doing triple stand twist for so long my finger literally cannot remember how to braid and I’m so mad because I hate the shrinkage I get from the triple strand 😂

Omg this is literally me in reverse bc I can't three strand twist for the life of me LOL! We need to help each other!
did you do this on blown out hair?
Can you do this on wash and go hair. Or just twist out
You can do this on any old style! A wash and go will work just the same
