    I was wondering just how you achieved the ejection. Sometimes the best solutions are the simplest. Well done. Cool strap.

      Nick Brick that's funny because I actually made The MX Garand out of legos, which actually has a working ejector but it's spring powered, and it works perfectly, check out my Close-up video of it on my RUclips channel, my channel is named after me, Taylor Mallonee, trust me if you think his is cool than you will like mine too

    Mh. Cool. I love the fact that you got the Looks and Clip Eject working at the same time. I built a rather experimental version of this once and the spring/Rubberband pushing it up puts quite some pressure on the sliding hatch there. Usually you´d need a Rubberband but you managed to get it right. Nice.

    • @wishyourlife6861
      @wishyourlife6861 6 лет назад

      I dont think the Clip Eject is not the impressive thing here. Thats done with a sliding hatch and a Spring. The impressive part is that he didn´t ruin the looks of the gun with some kind of rubber bands holding the sliding hatch in place since the spring/Rubberband would put pressure on the hatch.

    You should use 2 rubber bands to pull the slide forward, cause in the real grand the bolt would slam forward and u would have to load it with one hand by placing the speed loader and push it in with one hand holding the bolt back

    Dude I love the gun, you actually inspired my different username to make use a rubber band for his garand (sadly his channel got hacked, still waiting to see what happens), and I just have one thing that might help yours fit the older version. If you have room behind the sights you should totally add a spring so you don’t have to manually push the door closed, keep up the good work though!
