- This video shows a charitable initiative that has been developed to feed the homeless and needy in Hackney, London. We carry out this service to help the less affluent. This is for the sake of Allah, with the aim of helping others and obtaining reward in this world and the next.

The homeless problem in London is a national disgrace.Within a 3 mile radius of the centre there must be thousands on the streets.I walk to work at six in a morning and pass maybe 20-30 people just on a few streets.Yet nobody in power cares a toss.But the problem is so deep it is staggering.I have been living in tourist hostels for 5 months but there are about 4 layers of homelessness before you get to my level.Somebody in power needs to act.
Plus there are thousands of empty homes, much much more than homeless people.
Every homeless family in the UK could own 10 houses to themselves.
These houses are owned privately by a small super rich conglomerate of private investers and landlords.
They have created policies such as "Buy to sit", which has entire streets empty to maximise profit.
Gentrification is when working class areas are clensed of those people, Landlords raise their rents to kick out the poorer tenents and bring in the rich yuppies.
The housing crisis isn't because of a lack of housing, it is because of Capitalism, a system that makes everything into a commodity, including people.

I wonder why this video has never been seen before? Somewhat fishy to me. This is Islam folks, generosity, caring, helping. Feeding the homeless and hungry is wonderful but you never, ever, hear about the good things muslims do. We only get to hear the hatred and fear by hate mongers. I thank for so much for helping these people. I was born in England but moved across the pond in my teens. The muslims near where I live do the exact same thing. Charitable work and helping the needy. May God bless you all.

benefit of Islam is to cherish and benefit to all mankind. all food and wealth is from Allah the only giving. if someone being poor or had financial disaster, they don't know to go to? then Islam is there..
No matter there is drug addict or alcohol problem..once they homeless n no work or what ever...as muslim n mankind we need to support n help them...even to non muslim this is what islam teach us...we need to help n feed poor people n orphan.

What’s the employment rate like in Hackney?
It seems like every time I get to watch videos of homeless people I get the impression that they are unemployed.
There must not be any major job opportunities in Britain especially for the young people.
Wish if there was a link to see how anyone can volunteer.

I admire your work. White people like me do not get to see enough of this positive aspect of your people. But I was disturbed to see that you kept the women off the camera and allowed only the men to get the glory. Not good. When a culture is unbalanced it is never a healthy culture. You need to allow both genders (male and female) to contribute equally and to also receive the glory equally. Apart from this it is wonderful to see you make this valuable contribution to the community around you.

There’s no homeless ppl in London. I’m British born these ppl r addicted to drugs, gambling, smoking n alcohol. I wouldn’t help them sinning. I know what these ppl r doing they think by helping these ppl they may convert. Problem is we’re gna face racist n bullying from them no matter what. I worked so hard to get my Msc n pay my taxes. These can’t manage their benefit n dss n use food bank. They want to be spoon fed I don’t like that concept. It’s not my fault when they can’t read n write dropped out of school to have children teenage preg. It’s shameful coz I’m 31 preg n just completed my Msc. I face so much racism from these ppl they don’t give me a seat on the priority seats in the bus. They wanted me to have a miscarriage, I didn’t Alhamdurillah coz my baby went to hajj in Aug 2018 with me. I rather help orphan, elderly, hafiz training, water well in Africa, China, India, Bangladesh n Pakistan. These ppl aren’t poor it’s one of the richest country. I give my zakat monthly direct debit n during Ramadan I give even more one off.
I wouldn’t waste my time on them. I done my Msc, married n preg I ain’t got time for retards.
They look down on us, I do my good deeds since 14 Alhamdurillah don’t need to boast only Allah knows. Helping orphans u get more reward then this. These aren’t children. Their grown ppl with fake mental illness for benefit, n ppl with addiction. We don’t need ppl like that draining the system. The gov should throw these ppl back to their country better for the economy 🤷🏻♀️ when employers see a Muslim name they rather give the job to their own. We’re struggling ourselves. I wake up 2 hrs to travel to work or uni I eat simple no luxury food, I manage my money. These ppl can afford £7 for a pack of cigarettes rather than eating they have food banks. England has made it easy for them, esp ppl going in/ out prison who wouldn’t u have 3 meals n a shelter. I believe in calmer n eye for an eye if u killed someone u deserve to die!
If they were back home a lil cut n they buy plaster here they go gp or A&E wasting gov funds. They can’t prioritise the necessity of what’s needed.
Ppl can convert into Islam but if they don’t practice it what reward do U get?
If u can’t speak English they need to throw them out coz their using British resources. Why should we struggle n work n pay private landlords n they got council property for cheap?
I don’t agree with what these ppl r doing coz their getting freebies when do they get up n smell the coffee? They don’t need to they got spoon fed. Why would they get a job or education free food everywhere, housing n benefits. The cycle continue n the more u help these ppl they just gna have more kids on their selfish ways n they’ll suffer poverty etc.
It’s never ending... they want to live like that, I’d be better if they die or get thrown out of our country. Sad to say.
