Sir, my athlete's feet has been cured thanks to you. My wife says that she is so thankful that I work outside the home so hard, she is more than willing to give me my foot care in the morning and the evening as you have shown on your video. I am fortunate enough to have her fill up the tub of water, get the supplies ready, gift me with a fresh cup of coffee and of course her lovely smile. I know that not all wives will spoil their husbands as mine does, but it's absolutely delicious to start my day this way. Thank you so much!
Happy to hear that kind, Sir :) and you are definitely in luck to have such an amazing wife! Make sure you take care of her as she's taking care of you! Good luck! Adrian👍
I try this remedy for athletes foot and it works! Crush some table sugar/white sugar and simply apply between your toes and leave it for half day for 2-3 days only...
Will do. Thanks for watching! The next step is to get rid of the toenail fungus which is a consequence of not taking care of the Athlete's foot fungus when it was due.... Adrian
Here’s a tip. When you wash your feet in shower or tub. Suds up wash cloth with a dandruff shampoo. Wash completely all over feet and in between toes. You’ll feel immediate relief. Also , keep your toenails very short. Fungus will accumulate under nails it’s a breeding ground for athletes foot.
Hi, thanks so much for this excellent foot care video. I greatly enjoyed watching how you effectvely take care of your beautiufl feet, especially th esoles...I love their texture, shape and colour, they look great even with dry skin! You did a great job and great are the results! Coulddyou pleese makeanother fooot care video, possibly focused on to use a foot file to exfoliate / remove dry skin from your feet?
I've had Athlete's foot fungus for years and I was stupid enough not to take care of it when I had too. Now the fungus spreaded and it caused a toe nail infection too which is the next thing I'll have to treat. But for now, I'm happy I got better and the Athlete's foot fungus is gone permanently. Here'e the article I was mentioning in the video bestformyfeet.com/how-to-get-rid-of-athletes-foot-fungus/ Check out with your doctor if you can use the cream I've used. As I said in the video I'll leave you the cream's ingredients here in case you can't find the same cream in your area but at least you can get something that maybe has a different name but same ingredients. 👉 Here are the ingredients in the My Cota Athlete's Foot Cream: The active ingredients: - zinc undecylenate 20% w/w - undecylenic acid 5% w/w The other ingredients: - liquid paraffin - emulsifying wax (contains cetostearyl alcohol and sodium laurilsulfate) - perfume compound (contains euganol) - purified water Make sure you treat it early as this foot infection can quickly turn into a nightmare. I've seen some pretty severe cases and it's mind blowing! Take care, Adrian
I tried the 3% and baking powder i had really dry cracks and my foot is changing so much thanks to your video I'm surprised you said it's not working out for you I struggle with one bad foot ever since i was 10 i always had one dry foot i remember as a kid never wanting to go to the pool cause i had to show my feet and kids my change never had that problem and thanks to you it's going away man
Hey Allen, thanks for your comment man. It makes me happy to hear that my video had a positive result in your life. It didn't work for me and this is what most people don't really understand. What might work for me might not work for you and vice-versa. That's why you need to try different things. This is the case even with specific medication. I got rid of the Athlete fungus as well finally by doing a combination of things where hydrogen peroxide is part of the process. But hydrogen peroxide BY ITSELF didn't work for me as some big websites out there in the health space recommend. All the best, Adrian
Thanks for watching 🙂 I've used the regular Johnson Baby Talc Powder amzn.to/41vG6RB since my intention was to reduce the moisture in the work boots more than anything else. Now that I got rid of the Athlete's fungus, I'm using this amzn.to/41wG4sK anti-fungal talc cream to help both to keep the moisture down and to help avoid the fungus from coming back. You don't have to get that one though, any anti-fungal powder will do the job. Hope this helps. Adrian👍
Everything seems good so far. But the fungus lives in dark areas/spaces. So I would recommend not wearing dark color socks. Particularly black socks is a no no. Especially if you work hard and are on your feet for a few hours where you feet sweat.
Interesting. I don't think I've ever heard that before. It won't make much difference what color my socks are since my feet (and socks) will be in the dark anyways (inside my work boots).
What else have you tried!? Can you please update on all the things you tired for just the feet and then also for the toenails? 🙏 Did you never get it on your hands by always touch your feet?!
That's a shame. I left the cream ingredients in the comments and in the description though. So if you want to find something similar simply show that to your doctor or pharmacist👍🏼 Good luck. Adriam
Mine small only in toe nail part the one big thumb toe nail part but it's starting to spread little i want to treat it thanks to this video so that this fungus won't spread my entire feet
Looks like you have nail fungus as well. You may have to try soaking your feet and apple cider vinegar that also kills fungus. And I would get the kind that has with the mother in it.

Thanks for the tip, Rosetta. 🤙 For now, I've managed to get rid of it. If (God forbid) the fungus comes back I'll try your suggestion.
Why?? Dandruff shampoo makes it worst?
What do you mean by suds up wash cloth with a dandruff shampoo?

@@BestForMyFeet thank you!
Be careful of using talc it is cancer causing. There is a lawsuit out for JJ with their baby powder containing this ingredient. Look it up.

That's a shame.

Hands off! Keep your hands away from your feet when you have an active infection! Use gloves all the time.
Bro tea tree oil and oregano oil and sea salt in some hot water … or use apple cider vinegar and warm water both helped me
It helped or cured it?
Mycota also has a powder.
Looks like you have nail fungus as well. You may have to try soaking your feet and apple cider vinegar that also kills fungus. And I would get the kind that has with the mother in it.
Why would you ever want to get rid of it?
Use coconut oil mixed with turmeric
Thanks for the suggestion Aravind!🤙
It looks as if the paper your using has a bank card number on it. Plz be careful
Damn, bro- no gloves? 😳
Every day learning something new...🙂
@@BestForMyFeet you’ll be fine just wash your hands super well after cleaning and applying cream.
@@BestForMyFeet yes you should wear gloves, because it has infected my 3 fingers and is not going away. Please wear gloves.
Why don’t you use gloves ? Aren’t you gonna spread it ? To your hands
Should always wear white socks.
