येसरी बनाउनुहोस अन्डा आलु चप || Anda Aloo Chop Nepali Style || Egg Aloo Chop Recipe

अन्डा आलु चप बनाउने सजिलो तरिका:
4-5 boiled potates (mashed)
Add chopped onion
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped green chilies
1 spoon grated ginger
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp cumin and coriander powder
½ tsp red chili powder (optional)
Salt as per the taste
Mix it until it becomes soft and smooth
1 cup gram flour (besan)
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt as per the taste
Add ½ cup water and mix it well
Consistency should be like this
Next we need some boiled eggs
