@@markhozz115 Please check all reflective mirrors and focusing mirrors on the machine to see if they are clean. Clean them, or replace them. Then check your laser is not biased. Calibration laser.
Well, the quality looks pretty mizerable... Worst than precise plasma cutter .Nevertheless 400w co2 this thick?? Woe, well done!
How many % oxygen should I use? 99% ok?
do you use also air compressure for air support? at the same time in cutting stainless steel?..
High power CO2, only use oxygen for cutting. Compressed air cannot be used.
The machine can cut stainless steel and carbon steel, both using oxygen
