*RANDOM WW2 FACT* Despite the renown of Volkswagen and the fame that the autobahn earned after the war, the German auto industry during the war actually didn’t make that much! Especially when compared to the larger allied powers, most notably the USA. Most of the trucks the Germans used had been made for civilian use before the war and were requisitioned. This lack of trucks prevented the Germans from really capitalizing on their advances in 1941, and by late 1942 the best German combat units in the front lines were woefully under supplied in almost all materials. While a lot of it has to do with the lack of resources and the inability for the German industry to keep with the Soviets, the US, and even Britain (RAF production during the Battle of Britain eventually dwarfed the Luftwaffe), the fact is even if they magically had all the tanks, guns, ammo, and manpower they’d ever need to win a war of this magnitude, they still lacked the ability to speedily transport that material and personnel long distances. That’s why by the end of the war, almost all pics of German units are being followed by horse drawn carriages, because most of the requisitioned trucks were either destroyed or abandoned, and replacements were never produced in large enough quantities to resupply those units with fresh trucks.
I'm surprised I made it into the video with the sounds tbh. It was very good to watch all the shenanigans that went on in the stream, keep it going Alex and Matt!!!
The supply and logistics additions look like they radically change how you play the game. I only have the base game plus a few of the early expansions. It looks like a much more… streamlined experience?
I may advised you to try with mechanized division with all "speed" "reliability and "production cost" to 5 With logistic and radio companies Then you blitzkreig doctrine This is totally OP! Thanks for your videos!!!
Alex there's a way to skip rhineland with Italy you have to non-agression pact ask for mil access and send volunteers after that improve relations and you can inv/create a faction with them
Seeing as you don't need most equipment, you could have sold them on the international market to build your civs faster. I don't take any focuses except the four year plan path until 1938 and then just fill out my military high command with the extra pp. Halfway through 1938 you should have over 150 civs if you play it right then comes the mobilisation of your troops and mass mil factories.
BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Hi
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
12kmph of Goodness
Nice video! I am surprised you managed to make it with that division, I would have put more mot arty for more soft attack.
I would love to see a uk naval only where you can only attack with marines and only build the carrier versions of planes.
Ewww, he has to
Typical british activities
Sounds juicy. I might give this a go myself. Thx for the idea.
What about amphibious tanks?
What about float planes?
His smile dropping at 9:14 like that is pure gold

Germany had an oil crisis as early as 1939 and was HEAVILY dependent on horses for its logistics even at the start of the war.
if you go into the combat log you can see how many people died in an encirclement more detailed
I remember doing this. Seeing how broken it was as Germany is hilarious
HELLO STAK!
WW2 Germany with trucks and a decent supply of oil instead of using horses for basically everything is just pure insanity.
infantry expert gives bonus to motorized because they are infantry too
Alex is my favorite HOI4 RUclipsr, also amazing to see challenges again!! Love It!!!!!!!!!
I'm surprised I made it into the video with the sounds tbh. It was very good to watch all the shenanigans that went on in the stream, keep it going Alex and Matt!!!

17:42 switch to USRR and make a disaster save and send to bitter, he will love it, for sure...

Alex the Rambler? You mean Alex the Bamboozler
A wise man once stated that if certain tactic doesn't work in 1939 Poland it's not OP at all
Imagine doing this in multiplayer 😂😂😂
Alex there's a way to skip rhineland with Italy you have to non-agression pact ask for mil access and send volunteers after that improve relations and you can inv/create a faction with them
Thank you for uploding right on my birthday

Sweden has some great focuses that boost division speed.
As a dude from the center of the US, you perfectly summarized country music lyrics here 😂😂😂

Another great video ❤
What about armoured infantry only?
LESSSGGOOOOOOOO ALEX POSTS
Doesn't the infantry advisor also affect the motorized divisions?
The Infantry advisor does not affect mortorized divisions.
Infantry advisor did buff cav, don't know if they've fixed that yet or not.
Pretty sure it does, unless it has been changed
I'm confused you did a camel run but not motorized?
How did you sidetracked that!?
Alex now owes me a penny, because yes :)
Truckin all te way to Moscoooow
You didnt even upgrade your trucks 🤣🤣
You can?
@@benfrank9622 once you have upgraded them via the company you click in the lower right corner of the equipment then creat a variant
@@TheKonkaman Is this available only in Arms of Tyranny?
@@benfrank9622 yes i believe so
This video should have named World War Motorize 😂
Did this with China, worked great.

I did everything but couldn't fix it.
Does anybody have the same issue?
We trucking to Moscow bois
One question, will puppets buy your stuff on the international market?
Yes
Yeah Boi!!
Then I try it and start the game as a capitulated nation 🤣
Hi matt!
Somthing thats funny is using tanks as your pushers, and motorized as your frontline units, all you do is deorg the enemy and its over
Medium Tank AA on motorized or mech is the way to go. Just 1 in a 20W or 18W
why didn't you sell your tanks?
Somehow the Soviet Union has returned
always been....
If you want a challenge play Italy and form Rome without any Allie’s that are not puppet and fight the Germans and Allie’s ant the same time
