If youre wondering why Hungary keeps joining the war, it's because of the old Death or Dishonor tree they used to have for Democratic King (which is rhe swedish king). With the new update, Hungary actually has a non-0% chance of going down that path

@derevianne1108 before the update, ai Hungary had a 0% chance of ever going democratic king unless the player in game-rules specifically made them go down it

Hungary-Sweden faction thing is part of democratic king path of Hungary. Their king has connection with Swedish royal family so if one of them under attack other one can offer an alliance.

7:26 when hungary takes the focus elect a democratic king they get a king who is realated to the king if sweden. If this happens when either are at war without a faction the other will get a decision to make a faction together. Its one of the rarest factions in the game
The hungarian focus tree has the democratic king focus, which is they invite a swedish king
I’ve seen Austria, Hungary, and Czechoslovak all at war with different factions, when Austria Hungary forms they were at war with nearly the whole world
