How many are for sale and how much are the HOA’s?
Today, there are 3 available and another 3 in escrow. The maint. fees range from $319/mo for a studio to $768/mo. for the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit 418 I'd mentioned in the video. I also put a link to more info on the building along with all the available listings in the description 😎
All those bldgs are crumbling and getting hit with huge assesments. Didnt watch your entire video - did you advise to read the condo doc's. Is that the bldg where the lanai fell on to the beach below?
