I’m trynna use my zen on my Xbox but for some reason when I go to like click on it and cycle thru it’s not working or just won’t activate I just can go thru every stript but can’t use them ? Anyone else got this problem on Xbox ?
The New update for controllers is messing with zen especially if your have a elite V2! (Other controllers as well) i’ve tried everything possible to fix the problem I’ve spent 14 hours on different forms/videos (Also I’ve factory restarted my device and re-download the firmware (older versions as well as newer ones) not a single ounce of information just people with the same problems and no fixes. :(
Try pluging the cord thar connects to the top, then connect the cord that u need to update the boot loader, while u are pluging in the last cord hold the button on the back. I was having the same problem and when I did that the cronus was detected.
When Im in the device tab, I can’t get my joypad to pick up my controller. Everything else is fine but I simply cannot get it to pick up my controller as my joypad. So frustrating

I’ve tried multiple scripts, the official gamepack provided by the Zen studio but no matter what I try, not a single mod gets activated in-game for Rainbow Six Siege PS5. My Zen is updated to the newest film ware and Nothing works. No anti recoil or any other mods. I’m starting to think I received a defective Cronus zen.
I’m on the same boat, but my problem is that I cannot access my controller to the menu on the unit connected to the console, and immediately showed Error, perhaps the company new system update needed to patch all the flaws from the latest update?, because it seems like a lot of units are running with the same issue.
Hey bro, I use a Cronus on rust and when I first used it the recoil was reduced by a lot, but now it doesn’t have much of a affect. I’ve restarted jt, updated and much more, do you have a fix?
I am having a problem my zen studio won’t open at all and I just got my zen today. I downloaded it and deleted and did it again and still have it worked need help
I got an error code after tryna get a 3rd game pack. It would happen when I’d try to switch to it. I just factory reset it like he said. Makes sense that doing that is healthy for it anyway like he said it makes your scripts crispy
Can anyone help me I unplug the cord on the right side and it won't let me play but it's connected to the zen 😐 I don't understand I'm trying to play Fortnite with it after the ban but they say you can use it still after unplugging the cord on the right side
bought a zen yesterday and I was so excited to give it a try but I can’t get past the firmware update. Everytime I try it says device not found, I’ve tried connecting each usb cable it came with , I plugged the micro & mini usb together , I hard reset the cronus , I even grabbed a mini usb cord I had my own and still no luck. I see in the comments people have been having problems & nobody is addressing why. Is it because my zen is defected or is the batch defected ? For $100+ you’d expect everything to be working & not have “faulty” cables. I bought 2 more usb cords off Amazon to see if they work but this is very frustrating.
@@deeblok yes , my Pc wasn’t able to program it , had to pull out an older laptop to do everything. My pc had windows 11 so that might’ve been the issue.
Does anyone have a stack overflow problem? I reset it to the factory, I update it and when I select a package I get the same error again, I can't use it.

With the Warzone 2 game pack other then making sure your settings are the same do you have to do anything else or is it truly a plug and play
