    Grilled Chicken Wings
    Prep Time: 10 minutes
    Cook Time: 25 - 30 minutes
    Total Time: 35 - 40 minutes
    Yields: 4 servings
    Ingredients:
    3 TBSP brown sugar (Aisle 6)
    1 TBSP kosher salt (Aisle 6)
    ½ tsp. black pepper (Aisle 6)
    ¾ tsp. garlic powder (Aisle 6)
    ¾ tsp. onion powder (Aisle 6)
    ½ tsp. paprika (Aisle 6)
    ¼ tsp. chili powder (Aisle 6)
    1 tsp. baking powder (Aisle 6)
    3 pounds chicken wings (Meat)
    Carrot and Celery Sticks, for serving (Produce)
    Blue Cheese or Ranch, for serving (Aisle 3)
    Directions:
    Begin by preheating your grill to have 2 cooking zones, one direct heat and one indirect heat, making sure the direct heat is about medium to medium high.
    While the grill preheats, whisk together the brown sugar, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, and baking powder and set aside.
    If desired, trim the chicken wings with a very sharp knife. Discard the wing tips and separate the paddle from the drummy. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with the dry rub, tossing well to coat.
    Place the wings on the preheated grill in the indirect zone of heat and close the lid of the grill. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes or until wings are nearly cooked through.
    Next, transfer over to the direct heat and cook for another 5 minutes, rotating the wings during cooking to avoid scorching and being sure the wings get crispy on all sides.
    Serve the wings with carrot and celery sticks and your favorite dressings for dipping.
    If you don’t have kosher salt, use 1 ½ teaspoons of regular table salt
