Simple Mix Vegetable Pulao | Veg Pulao Recipe

Today I will make mix vegtable pulao recipe with easy and simple way.
Mix vegetable pulao is a delightful Indian rice dish that harmoniously blends fragrant basmati rice with a medley of fresh vegetables, creating a symphony of flavors and textures. To prepare this culinary masterpiece, one starts by washing and soaking the basmati rice to ensure fluffy grains. Then, a blend of spices such as cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon are gently toasted in hot oil or ghee, releasing their aromatic essence.
Next, finely chopped onions are sautéed until golden brown, adding a rich sweetness to the dish. Diced carrots, peas, bell peppers, cabbage, potatoes and any other desired vegetables are then added to the pan, each contributing its unique taste and vibrant color to the pulao.
Once the vegetables are slightly tender, the soaked rice is added and gently mixed with the vegetables, allowing it to absorb the flavors of the spices and vegetables. Fragrant broth or water is then poured over the mixture, and the pulao is left to simmer on low heat until the rice is cooked to perfection and each grain is separate and fluffy.
