WOW! I'm a state driver examiner. I don't know who was driving but I counted 12 traffic law violation in that one trip. You would not have your license if I were testing you. This driver needs to go back to driving school and learn what the brake does, what to do when pedestrians are in the cross and what a stop signs mean. So, many driving errors. The driver should not be on the road.
