I think Part of me, C'mon and other jumping choreograpies should be medium and not easy because yeah they're the same moves but they're tiring af if u do them well

Ubisoft bring songs to Unlimited more easy to dance and hard to score
So True, I (For some reason) can't megastar the stupid ketchup song in unlimited but, in just dance 4, it is the easiest song to 5 star.

I love how part of me changed from extreme to easy for no reason
It should have stayed extreme
I didn't not lay down on the floor exhausted as a kid for Final Countdown to be moved to easy

When I saw Starships originally being a hard difficulty I was like "no way"
They thought the younger audience would have a harder time
I don't understand why Part Of Me and The Final Countdown are easy
My take would be:
The final countdown - Hard/Intense
Part of me - Medium/Intense
Tbh, the difficulties were very inaccurate back then.

The fact that Troublemaker was once ranked as "Easy" of infuriating. All intense footwork songs that sap your energy deserved to be ranked hard

The first part of the song is easy. They literally have a T-Pose as a gold move, but the jumping in the chorus comes out of nowhere and it’s so tiring

Man Just Dance Now is weird cause Wild and Turn Up The Love’s difficulty is still Hard while in Just Dance Unlimited it’s on Medium
Maybe it's why JD Now is from 2015, so they put this difficulty and don't change it after a time

It depends if you’re actually matching the choreo or just bullshittingly getting the remote to register the movements of your right arm, lazily scoring.

You missed a lot for Part of Me. PoM was Extreme in JD4, Hard in JD2014, Medium in JDWiiU, and then Easy on Unlimited. It's the only song to have 4 different difficulties across 4 different games
I think the difficulties are based on how easy or hard moves are to execute not because its chill. Like part of me the moves are easy to execute but just very very tiring
Just like how some songs are hard but effort is "low"/"chill", it is not tiring, it could be slow but it may not be easy to execute well.
Since part of me was part of the first extreme versions (no pun intended) it was hard at that time but with newer songs and with practice it’s not that hard anymore compared to the other ones like animals extreme scream and shout extreme and especially Bangarang extreme but I also wouldn’t say it’s easy it takes up a lot of energy but it’s not the hardest one either
It’s definitely not easy or medium though, it was HELL for me to play on

I think when they switched the focus when creating the difficulties from how hard the actual moves are to learn compared to how tiring they make you.

hi ppl who still care about the comments,, part of me was originally extreme probably because of how tiring it is-there were no effort rankings on jd4 so that was probably taken into account. difficulty rankings are different than effort rankings so a map could be tiring but easy due to how repetitive the choreography is (which is part of me’s case)

I wish I was a just dance player back in the JD2014 era, when each song had like 2 different alternates on average. It gives the game so much variety even if it’s just some mashups (which seem kinda easy to make Ubisoft 😒)

I'd prefer Wild be a Hard than a Medium. Why? Moves aren't repetitive, moves are hard to perform, and the background disturbs you from the music.

I think they updated songs difficulty to better reflect the difficulty AND effort needed to do them, they used to have that in the old JD games but now that it's all just one streamlined difficulty it's harder to gauge.
I know for me, songs like Super Bass looking back at it now wasn't hard at all, probably easy.
What about Jump for my love by Girls aloud from just dance 3? In Just dance dance 3 the song was rated hard. On Just dance unlimited it was rated easy.

Moskau should be an extreme on Just Dance Unlimted because some of the moves that coach one and two do aren’t that easy for a medium

2: medium
3: hard
4: intense
5: extreme

there's no reason for part of me to be extreme in jd4. but then, effort ratings were removed in jd4 so maybe they took that to account?
i think they should have “difficulty” and “effort” cuz part of me isn’t a hard choreo, but the effort needed is huge
