You have to put your weight on the front leg, bend the leg in the back when your going down and bam, you're on the floor. Dramatic dip is the scary one cause you go from the standing position to the dip right away

my favorite dances of Just Dance are the extreme versions of Circus, Bad Romance, Animals and Scream & Shout for a reason. I love the feeling of mastering these hard dances. The fact that you put them all in the top 4 makes happy no gonna lie, they have always been the ones I find more difficult, hence my favorites. I guess I love a challenge
Honorable mention also goes to Tetris from Just Dance 2015. While not as hard as any of them and may be very easy on the surface, in execution some of their choreography moves while simple like its others are hard to pull off

I'm kinda surprised Drum go Dum by K/DA isn't on here. One portion of the song has extremely fast hand movements and overall there's a lot going on with the choreography.

the games of recent years that include official KPOP choreo always have me stumped, I'm talking hours spent trying to master these. It is pretty amazing that Just Dance includes a multitude of levels of Dance, to challenge every player :)
I can do Jopping but I do know and find it easy since I learnt the choreo when it come out seeming as it’s the official one, perks of being a Kpop cover dancer
I remember getting this for my kids in the early to mid 2000s and as much as I enjoyed playing (or sadly attempting to) with them, I gotta admit, there's nothing funnier than watching someone from afar that doesn't know you're watching them playbthis game. Part was just funny but part was just so damn heartwarming watching my kids have fun.
I like playing the extreme versions in my regular workouts and I agree to all the songs here. Might I also add that Kill this Love and 7 Rings are also hella difficult.

Just Dance is my Favorite way to workout. Extreme songs are my favorite, but one that I felt needed to be on the list was the secret Just Dance 3 unlock song: Duck Sauce - Barbra Streisand (Extreme Version). The only Extreme I haven’t gotten all stars on.
bad romance is my favorite song so of course i mastered both versions of it. Im particularly good at the high kicks in the song. one of the perks of being a ballet dancer ig. all eyes on us was really hard even if i could manage the high kicks.
How is Isidora not on this list?! Those jump dip toe touches were crazy. It's still not the most difficult in my opinion. Applause (alternate) by Lady Gaga will ALWAYS AND FOREVER be the hardest JD choreography! EDIT: I totally forgot about Barbara Streisand Extreme! Super duper hard!

Some honorable mentions from someone who’s watched and done a lot of just dance in my time Holding out for a Hero by Bonnie Tyler JD2015 If making your audience do a dangerous Gold move and a split is grounds to make the list? Then this one is right up there. Doing a split about 2/3 of the way through and a move where the coach puts their foot up to their ear. Rich Girl (Chair Version) by Gwen Stefani JD2014 This dance requires so much core strength that it hurts. Good Feeling (Extreme Version) by Flo Rida JD4 You need to be a ball of energy to get through this one.

I used to play Pump It in my music class in elementary school. It was my favorite level to play and I was perfect at it! Wish I could say the same for now, though
Actually, the part where you have to carry P4 (the orange one) is optional. It does not score you for that. But if you are not very well balanced/flexible and have bad knees, it is hard to dance to, with there being a lot of knee bending and jumping. It is actually harder to play on the Kinect with this song, imo, since you actually have to do the moves bit precise, while you don’t have to do on the Wii and PlayStation, with the Wiimote and PS Move 💀
They could’ve talked about Sushi’s Extreme from JD2020. That dance, while looking calm, you have to learn how to vogue correctly as well as land on your legs and not dislocate your ankles.

I have conquered Rasputin. My school used to allow phones before the first lesson begins so on the last day of one year I got mine out and did it for basically the whole school to see. I had all my friends recording me and I've never been so happy with myself since. Tip for the crouch move: focus most of your weight at the back because your limbs will balance out the front. Also have a clear area free of literally any obstructions.
My cousin & i tried the tango verson of Havana for literally no reason other than to have fun, we had a hard time being in sync, but we enjoyed & was laughing too much to take it seriously lol
I’m disappointed that none of the VIP/fan made versions are on the list. Swish swish, handclap, new world….all those are really hard if not more difficult than the typical extreme versions. On a side note, it’s neat to see how far the game has come. I owned 1&2 and recently got back into the game and even got the new 2023. The songs from recent versions are more representative of choreography from music videos rather than just a fun let loose kind of dance like some of the earlier songs. You actually need to practice and take time learning the routines now.
The fact that I did a lot of these when I was really little and found them kind of easy and simple and just really fun is astonishing to me looking at this now

I’ve mastered pump it, It took me two months, but me and my older sister have both gotten perfect scores on it, my record was getting a perfect score 3 times in a row and hers was twice in a row. Just wanted to share that because I felt like it
Maybe a better title would be most exhausting Just Dance Songs? With the exception of Havana Tango Version, this list mostly consisted of stamina and not on the difficulty of the moves. I know it would be repetitive to make every song on the list an extreme but this doesn't really highlight the difficulty of a lot of Just Dance maps like Run The World by Beyoncè or New World VIPMade by VAVA. This list is all opinions which is okay but a lot of just dance players may disagree with the majority of the list. :)

Here is a tip for Scream and Shout extreme. The moves (at least most of them) represent the lyrics of the song. Watch the routine, and play a fun game of memory.
As disabled 21yo who grew up sucking at jd1 and nailing jd2, I use it as my workout nowadays and can proudly say I megastarred all Gaga songs incl the extreme :) I do recommend taking some "other song breaks" in between but my lord is it rewardin when you suddenly realize you don't just do the moves you do the actual dance.
I’ll be extremely honest- Pun intended. 1. Maniac: I’m glad I don’t have Just Dance summer party because if I did I would not pass this one. 2. Pump it: It was easy for me but I don’t dance it that much it didn’t grow on me as I thought it will when I dance it. But when I was kid I can’t even get the moves right. 3. Rasputin: Honestly my first try I was good. 4. That power: All of them are easy for me except the on stage version I never tried it and I forgot it has a on stage mode. 5. Jopping: I suck at it but I got some of the moves right, my next door neighbor thought I was professional when I did it. 6. Havana tango dance: It was easy on the controllers but I was good. 7. Circus extreme: Yeah it hard and I don’t have Just Dance 2016. 8. Bad Romance extreme: It so difficult I still can’t passed it. 9. Animals extreme: I still don’t have Just Dance 2016 but it actually hard. 10. Scream and Shout extreme: I was so close to get a superstar on this choreography and I feel bad for those of who has a controller or don’t have a controller because this one it a nightmare, but I still got all the moves right but I just need to be hype and energetic. That all have and takes my advice for it “Never give up” and “Keep on dancing” ps: Ms. Mojo can you guys do a part two on this because Todrick hall dance Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels is hard, and I’m the best extreme is hard too. I used to play Pump It in my music class in elementary school. It was my favorite level to play and I was perfect at it! Wish I could say the same for now, though
Harry did not do the dance for Pump It, Mehdi Kerkouche performed it. Also Jopping has an easier version
For me, the Tetris song is one of the hardest, seeing as you need to carry a player in a lot of it
Actually, the part where you have to carry P4 (the orange one) is optional. It does not score you for that. But if you are not very well balanced/flexible and have bad knees, it is hard to dance to, with there being a lot of knee bending and jumping. It is actually harder to play on the Kinect with this song, imo, since you actually have to do the moves bit precise, while you don’t have to do on the Wii and PlayStation, with the Wiimote and PS Move 💀

They could’ve talked about Sushi’s Extreme from JD2020. That dance, while looking calm, you have to learn how to vogue correctly as well as land on your legs and not dislocate your ankles.

7:38 bad romance extreme version is actually from just dance 2015 ( 2014 ) as a unlock-able mode but the game there playing on is just dance 2022 on just dance + besides the map is the background for the extreme versions from just dance 2014 and just dance 2015
I love all of this songs! They are hard but with practice you get better and better doing the moves that are hard.
Hey, I mastered That Power (#7) when I was 11! Cool to see it is much harder than it was for me :] I did the first and third versions both with perfect score
circus used to be my most favourite dance ever. i also loved the extreme versions more than the regular version cause they’re exactly at my pace (i’m a dancer btw)
I have conquered Rasputin. My school used to allow phones before the first lesson begins so on the last day of one year I got mine out and did it for basically the whole school to see. I had all my friends recording me and I've never been so happy with myself since. Tip for the crouch move: focus most of your weight at the back because your limbs will balance out the front. Also have a clear area free of literally any obstructions.
My cousin & i tried the tango verson of Havana for literally no reason other than to have fun, we had a hard time being in sync, but we enjoyed & was laughing too much to take it seriously lol

I’m disappointed that none of the VIP/fan made versions are on the list. Swish swish, handclap, new world….all those are really hard if not more difficult than the typical extreme versions.
On a side note, it’s neat to see how far the game has come. I owned 1&2 and recently got back into the game and even got the new 2023. The songs from recent versions are more representative of choreography from music videos rather than just a fun let loose kind of dance like some of the earlier songs. You actually need to practice and take time learning the routines now.
I've never thought that Pump It was that hard, we even performed it at a school end of the year show with some tweaks to it
The fact that I did a lot of these when I was really little and found them kind of easy and simple and just really fun is astonishing to me looking at this now

Rock n Roll (take me to the mountain version) is actually really easy, the moves are pretty readable and you can just copy the hand movements

As a K-pop fan who stans many groups and who is a just dance fanatic, I spend my time learning hard dances just because. I am proud to say that I have 5 starred almost every extreme song that has been on this list

Just one correction: "Bad Romance" is from Just Dance 2015, not JD 2022 (it was included in the JD Unlimited service in 2022, but it's not from the JD 2022 game).
I’ve mastered pump it, It took me two months, but me and my older sister have both gotten perfect scores on it, my record was getting a perfect score 3 times in a row and hers was twice in a row. Just wanted to share that because I felt like it
Maybe a better title would be most exhausting Just Dance Songs? With the exception of Havana Tango Version, this list mostly consisted of stamina and not on the difficulty of the moves. I know it would be repetitive to make every song on the list an extreme but this doesn't really highlight the difficulty of a lot of Just Dance maps like Run The World by Beyoncè or New World VIPMade by VAVA. This list is all opinions which is okay but a lot of just dance players may disagree with the majority of the list. :)

Here is a tip for Scream and Shout extreme. The moves (at least most of them) represent the lyrics of the song. Watch the routine, and play a fun game of memory.

Just getting 5 stars on Scream And Shout took me 2 years (finally did it a few days ago).
As disabled 21yo who grew up sucking at jd1 and nailing jd2, I use it as my workout nowadays and can proudly say I megastarred all Gaga songs incl the extreme :)
I do recommend taking some "other song breaks" in between but my lord is it rewardin when you suddenly realize you don't just do the moves you do the actual dance.

I’ll be extremely honest- Pun intended.
1. Maniac: I’m glad I don’t have Just Dance summer party because if I did I would not pass this one.
2. Pump it: It was easy for me but I don’t dance it that much it didn’t grow on me as I thought it will when I dance it. But when I was kid I can’t even get the moves right.
3. Rasputin: Honestly my first try I was good.
4. That power: All of them are easy for me except the on stage version I never tried it and I forgot it has a on stage mode.
5. Jopping: I suck at it but I got some of the moves right, my next door neighbor thought I was professional when I did it.
6. Havana tango dance: It was easy on the controllers but I was good.
7. Circus extreme: Yeah it hard and I don’t have Just Dance 2016.
8. Bad Romance extreme: It so difficult I still can’t passed it.
9. Animals extreme: I still don’t have Just Dance 2016 but it actually hard.
10. Scream and Shout extreme: I was so close to get a superstar on this choreography and I feel bad for those of who has a controller or don’t have a controller because this one it a nightmare, but I still got all the moves right but I just need to be hype and energetic.
That all have and takes my advice for it “Never give up” and “Keep on dancing” ps: Ms. Mojo can you guys do a part two on this because Todrick hall dance Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels is hard, and I’m the best extreme is hard too.
Me Right now: I finally did it I got a megastar on Jopping and there is a easy way to learn it if everyone do or don’t have Just Dance 2024 yet then just learn the hardest songs first preview which is Say my name if you know it then Jopping will be a piece of cake!
