@@sajeetha737 just got to know that ICAI has ended the tie-up, so BcomAF no longer exists. We will get to know after they renew the tie-up. We can only wait till then 🥲

BCOM (A&F) discontinued by IGNOU You have to do BCOMF which is four years(useless)

Hi, Im a CA student registeted in July23 cycle in BCOMAF, due to some issues i have not given June24 exams. Now bcomaf is discontinued. What should i do now? Will my credits transfer as in BCOMAF? Which course applies to me? Are subjects same to prepare for assignments and exam? If i give my exam in Dec24 and passed, will i get bcom degree? Simeone pls reply!

Mam, me ignou se Bcom karna chahta hu ca ke sath.. mene foundation clear kr liya he aur inter nov 24 attempt mein aya hu to kya me ignou mein registration kar sakta hu taki Bcom ki degree inter pass karne ke baad mil jaye.. kya ye scheme abhi bhi valid he ha nhi pls bataiye

We are not getting any option for BCom A&F in the IGNOU site while filling out the course to be pursued in the form. It only has an option of bcom and not bcom a&f
The MOU between ICAI and IGNOU has ended, so no B.COM A&F from now on.

Hello, is there any condition that you have to complete both groups of inter within 3 years
I registered in October 23 and I have not yet cleared a single group of inter
I am sure that I am going to complete my both groups of ca inter but I am afraid that I will take many years to do so
Suppose I do not clear my inter within 3 years of registration but in future I clear both groups and finish articleship, will I get my degree at the end of it
Please solve this query, it will be a big relief for me and my family
Short answer - Yes..
Long answer -
1 In IGNOU you can take upto 6 years to complete your B Com. But if you start articalship under new course That is you give Inter in May 24 or later, then articalship is only 2 years long and so you will have 4 years to complete inter that is 8 attempts until you exhaust your 6 years
2 Even if for whatever reason your admission gets cancelled then you can just go ahead and re admit yourself
So also YES!!
