Emergency Call Ambulance - back view playthrough

Back view playthrough of Emergency Call Ambulance, with the whole ambulance visible through the game. The real playthrough starts at 02:20, so feel to skip forward. The reason why I play so horribly before is because I accidently chosed automatic ambulance, and wanted the game to end as fast as possible. No disrespect intended against Jack or the game itself, really...

Um... Don't you like Automatic? Automatic is easy to drive with no gear.

Yes, but the problem is that the top speed is much lower, making the game almost impossible to complete with automatic.
